Today one of my perfect runes was Air yet I got blood as a close match, I thought the groupings might be rows/columns but this clearly shows otherwise. I'm not sure if they have a specific grouping that would make sense (i.e all elementals, all combat runes, support runes etc) in this case. Hope that helps a bit :D

I think I meant to come across more as it's not appropriate to ask them in game whether they'd like to marry the prince or princess directly for example, not that exposing them to it was inappropriate. Like people shouldn't be forced to give that kind of information to continue a quest whatever their age Ehh... If the players understood the separation between the player and their character/avatar/whatever, then it's fine; you're not telling your sexuality, just your avatars, which may be different than yours. You wouldn't even be giving your sexuality, just choosing who to go with in this case, and that decision could be influenced by a number of things apart from gender and sexuality. But that's definitely more borderline. That line of reasoning does make more sense than what I thought you (and others) were saying; thanks for clarifying. I agree, I don't view my character as me but a seperate entity, it's just an avatar to me. Some people do play as if it's themselves though so they may think they were being asked that, I don't see the need to appease some to potentially upset others in that particular case on the quest :D

In the grand scheme of things you just can't ask the question of sexuality in a game which is played by children amongst others. In fact, sexuality doesn't come into it at all, it's a medieval roleplaying game where you kill dragons for loot. I'm also gay and that has never factored into the way I play, or my view on the game. Yes, my character married the Princess in that quest, but my character has also murdered and pillaged, which is not a reflection on myself. I don't support the idea that the community is homophobic in any way, I've never had an adverse situation when playing or browsing these forums. It just isn't the place to promote any awareness. Only if it became an issue would it then be relevant, but since it isn't, the game isn't the place to be doing it really.
