Therefore, sure, he could've played for 8 years. Err, wrong. I started in 2002 (5 years ago) and it was still RSC in January. RS2 I believe started in 2004. So let's see, I played 2 years of RSC, all of that information can easily be found on wikipedia by the way. Runescape (RSC) did NOT start until 2001 you idiot. Sorry to be rude. Considering Party Hats were dropped Christmas of 2001 and I came in after that (2002). NO ONE could have played for EIGHT years, considering the entire world of Runescape has only been around for 6 1/2, 7 next year. On member servers you could also cert some of the logs near ardounge and dragon bones(?) and super sets(?) in yanille. Not sure about yanille and ardounge ones as i never used them. When santas were worth 10k. When r2h's were worth 100k. When theiving and failed you got put into combat not stunned. When you could actually varrack wild pk. When you remember when you was happy for an update as you rarely got 1 in 4 months, and no one complained either! I onl started noticing updates in that little box afew months after i started anyway though #-o but im fairly old anyway. runecrafting was released along side rs2 so you probably played rsc if you started before runecrafting never played rsc, so probs bout a week after the runecrafting update, since thats the first thing i ever did, rune mysteries and alot of other ppl seemed to be doing it. When mage arena was introduced. P2P update... When r2h's were worth 100k. At this point we already had numerous 99 smiths... When you remember when you was happy for an update as you rarely got 1 in 4 months, and no one complained either! Even in RSC we had updates more often than that, at least for the last years. I guess im kind of oldschool as i played rsc for 8 months before rs2, not that i made major progress. In my eyes the only old school players are the ones who played before p2p and actually were something when it came. Tim Posted July 13, 2007 Share Posted July 13, 2007 You remember when castle wars was released :P now that was my favorite memory. started nov 2001, lost my red phat, restarted 2002, retired Jul 07. ah what memories i've had on my way..(godamit i want phat back!) :P remember the day with the black hole...which was quite boring as all it was, was a black room with a character standing in there lol :lol: pity my character in all these years (started 2 caz i got banned without evidence for appaerntly macroning *idiots*) i never got a 99 or even close. still tryin to get chrismcv back though.
