W00t, moar hawt st00phs. Fear my nitpicking skills.



#1 (both versions): I like the starry effects, but I think the glowing white blob thing is too big and bright, even though it is the focal point. Really like the right side of the signature and the colours though.



#2: Can't fault it, Soa would be proud.



#3 (random stuff): I quite like how chaotic this is, but I think the left side (where the C4D just suddenly stops) could do with a little bit of smudging.



#4: Yay for black and white. The area to the left of the text lacks contrast though IMO. But great depth.



#5: Pretty good, but I think the text doesn't really fit here. Maybe it's the placement, I don't know.



#6: Looks alright, definitely not my favourite out of the bunch though. IMO you went overboard with the blocks a bit and the render is a bit blurry, but not bad.



#7: Did you pentool the text yourself or is it a font? Either way, pretty cool actually.

I love the first three!! Really, really great job. I love the colour schemes and great job on the smudging. The only other one that I really like is "Emerge" or whatever you want to call ilt. It's not perfect, but it's my favourite out of the "Random Stuff."



The others just don't really grab my attention. The first one (of "Random Stuff") has too much going on and there isn't anything to focus on. I'm not a fan of the second probably primarily because of the black and white. It just doesn't catch my eye enough. The third one is actually pretty nice okay but I feel like it could use a little something extra and I'm not a huge fan of the man render. He just doesn't seem to fit in with the style of the background. I love the lighting in the fourth one ("Emerge"), which is probably the main reason why I like it. The right side is a little too washed out I think, but other than that I really like it. The last one looks pretty cool, but it's nothing to go crazy over.

How do you go about smudging for these anyhow? I never bothered to use it as a technique.

Impressive smudging there, the second one is my favorite of the two, I agree that the blob is too bright. Need to make tutorial naow .

Seriously TIA, you should do a tutorial on the first two, or at least tell about your smudging technique/which brushes you use. I have this feeling that it's the vine brush...

Wait what.



The first 2 signatures, and the hitman signature look great. I dislike the strange border on the hitman piece, though ignoring that, it works well. The Devil May Cry piece looks dull due to lack of colour. Generally pieces that are black and white tend not be look great in my view. Plus the word "devil" should have been moved to the left slightly (I thought it said devi at first ).



The last 2 pieces. Well. Hmm..
