A few days ago I went black mask hunting and I've gotten 2 masks at an average of something about 1/125. Wearing ROW.



Yesterday I went back, and after 50 kills I've gotten my 3rd black mask. yay.



After that, I went on and killed 100 more. Nothing, 200 more. Nothing. 200 more. Still nothing.

I am wearing my ROW, I try switching worlds, but it seems my luck has faded away.



Now I want somebody to tell me to relax, because I'm about to get mask drop  /' />



No, Maybe someone's got an average drop rate of black mask? Would appreciate it

well, i think the drop rate of a black mask is um.. around 1/50 to 1/125.. i THINK best i can do, thats

It's all luck. I got my second mask lat time in like 100 kills

Previously i went and didn't got any in 250+.



Same at spirit mages : 800 dry kills then 6 boots in 150 kills ! Until I had to logout ftl...

Black mask drop rate is about 1 in 500, so you've been very lucky!

This is about right.

I remember camping there in Karils/Guthans when they first came out.

I got one after about 500-600 kills, I got a slayer task not to long after and bam black mask on a task of 100 or so.

I've gone about 1500 kills without a mask, so I'd say about 1 in 500.

The drop rate is about 1 in 500.



I've gotten 9 black masks total from cave horrors. The first time I went I got 2 masks within 15 kills of each other. One time I spent 4 hours there with no mask. However I normally get a mask every trip or so. Sometimes its every other trip, and sometimes its 2 a trip.



It seems that your not having bad luck, but were having really good luck to begin with.



Don't worry you'll get that mask its just a matter of time.

kc: 750, no mask, so my logic would be I'm getting one in the next few kills

the only mask I got was around my 1200th kill

Black mask 2: after roughly 150 kills

Black mask 3: after rougly 200 kills

Black mask 4: after rougly 1050 kills

This gives me an average of 1/363 drop rate, but that means.. nothing with only 4 drops lol  

I'm happy.

Idk what you are all talking about, but i managed to get 17 black masks in less than 150 kills at cave horrors. so i guess you all just have extremely bad luck compared to me. (went to corp after the 17 in 1 trip and 3-person'd a elysian. im pretty lucky i guess.
