But yeah, we just need Silv to come back and start working on his game. Or dang it let others be appointed to fix the game! It's not like he's the only one in the world who knows computer programming...



I don't understand why he's so reluctant to hand over the reigns...
I'm currently transitioning from a Wizard to a Mage and a Priest to an Archpriest. Lol both are nonexistant in the top 25. Hopefully I can change that. :D

Would you give attack and ranged bonuses for melee stats (att, def, str)? We need to get rid of lows right now though...

There was a range formula that was based on str awhile back, it made ranged wayy over powered. It made it so that sharpies could kill mountains and such

While I agree that lows are ridiculous and need to be eliminated immediately, there is the problem of bonuses.



You see, bonuses are great for adding surprises to the game and making it unique with little surprises and such. They're bad in that they allow for some ranks to be overpowered. Knowing this, I think I would rather keep bonuses and allow some ranks to be overpowered simply because the game becomes more complex and more fun.



I also believe that we should add bonuses to every stat, but that would be difficult to work out, so I'll wait and see other people's ideas.

I would agree that the Defence and Range stats needs to be improved somehow. After i reread the thread, that would be first things that need to be modified.



For the low stats "hidden" bonuses, I would remove the rank bonus but add the stat bonus value instead {such as 7 extra strength for a low magic bonus instead of a total rank 7 strength for a juggernaugth.} That would lower down some of the powerful Strength or Hit Points' crushing blows and hit points a bit.

Maybe we can change the low bonuses acting like a small and random adventurer powerup or powerdown as an element of surprise.

We should add side skills, such as runecrafting and that would make arenascape addicting!
