Its rs not lottery or math lesson. Dont know if theres any 100% confirmed drop rates, sooner or later you will get them - matter of luck.

I have no proof, so i won't say anything for certain. However 1/150 for items seems right from personal experience. This is from graar, not the minos.
Not too sure about the hilt .
Again, personal experience so can't show proof

Yeah i'd say Armour pieces are more along the lines of ~135 or so and Hilt is about ~220 or so.
I think 260 is a bit high. It's going to be very hard to find someone with actual proof as not many people would have ~1000 Graar kills recorded, so getting actual proof might be very hard. You're going to to be satisfied with hearsay for now i think.

Just from experience I'd guess hilt around at 1/300, I've never done any extensive soloing or anything though, just trips with friends.
I'm fairly sure armor pieces are around 1/150 each.

Is that from just Graar himself, or does that take into account the minions. I have little to no gwd experience, are the minions capable of dropping any of the unique items, or do they only come from the boss itself?

Minions cannot drop hilts, but they can drop armor from Arma and Bandos, and the weapon from zammy and saradomin.

When people say 1/150, that's from the main boss.

So for hilts you could perhaps use an adventurers log parser? It records everytime you kill the boss yeah?

I'd say anywhere from 1/250-1/350 for hilt, 1/100-1/150 for the armor.

so it seems like chance of a bandos item from a minion is like 4/100 = 1/25th chance of getting one from graar

i'm pretty sure hilt is 1/600 since we know that from a large drop log from sara, unless the droprates are different per boss

While 1/150 for armour piece sounds right and 1/300 for hilts, it really depends on luck.

I have had 9 tassies, 4 chestplates and 1 boot, but never had hilt. Of course, that sample size is a bit small, only ~1.5k kills.

Stop by  the RSOF monster section. Some players actually post their God Wars (and other bosses) drop tables, so you can check the amount of (desired item) they get from the total kills. Hope that helps
