I think I'm gonna get a maul now, as I already have 85k tokens.

I do use soulsplit flashing when I'm in a 1-to-1 fight with a waterfiend.

When 5 of them are on me I think that about 1 or 2 will be able to hit with their ranged atk while I flash soulsplit. I don't see the use of soulsplit with 5 waterfiends on you, as you're just healing the lp you lost from their attacks.

Also, getting a slayer task is excluded out of these options. It will take a few tasks to get them and these will give me those unwanted hitpoints xp.

It's useful to use soul split with 5 waterfiends on you, period. If you don't you're not going for and not getting the best triple charms due to the wait.

With 5 Waterfiends, you'd probably be best off with leaving SS on the whole time. P Pots are cheap as is anyways.

Do you even have soulsplit/the stats to do CT waterfiends? Your sig is broken so I can't tell.

You don't have to have Soul Split to know common sense. It is common sense to use SS continuously when more than one waterfiends is attacking you at different times.

Really? Cause as I recall it was you who was the one cussing me at base. Also, re-read what you just said: one 15 second delay (which is an exaggeration to begin with) ruins floor times? You are beyond ridiculous.

Except when you're completely wrong and 5 waterfiends are capable of out damaging your soul split hits. A cmaul on task maxes somewhere over 700 damage, meaning you'll manage at most 140 lifepoints, on average it will be around 70.

Trolling by giving good advice since April 2011.

If you have Ovl but not Turm you could just use ovl for the tasks in the tunnles. With EEE, Ovl, and a few brews you really don't need SS and it's possible to survive without it on task.

So yes, while 5 can out damage soulsplit you can always ovl/brew/eee to supplement your health.

Also, if you kill them on a lower population world you can lower the number that are on you while they are still agressive.

I used to kill them before I got turm in the ct so I know it's possible to do.

PM me in game anytime

It's a lot easier then that for an idiot to sound smart on the internet.

That's exactly what you're doing right now... just saying.

They are capable of doing so but it's extremely rare (hasn't happened to me yet, except right after overloading it can get tricky without eee specs). As I wrote above, use ss.

Since you're have a lot more summoning exp then hp exp left go to - I think if you want to truly get them both done, you would have to use effigies and start cannoning.

Try black demons as they're a good source of both.

I have enough charms banked to get me to lvl 98 with 700k xp left till 99.

Oh then you're extremely close.

Combination of penguin points + troll invasion + bork should EASILY get you there.

Of course, having an effigy or two is going to greatly help your case.

You can also look towards low hp monsters (and I guess level) with decent charm rates.

Hill/Moss giants come to mind but I'm not completely sure of their charm exp/hp exp ratio.

With Bork - that's easily >10k summoning exp for a couple hundred hp exp.

Note that this is with a row, and if you finished falador? tasks, Bork gives even more charms.

Varrock elite tasks + row = 10 blue 17 crim 5 green from Bork, and 20k cash + assorted gems (bring a gem bag if you got one).

I personally enjoy these. There's a chance of a visage drop, and you make profit every trip. On the left you see the things i used in those 40 minutes, right you see the things i picked up. Wasn't a good trip with low charms but I can hit around 300 charms usually in those 40 minutes.

I used to go for waterfiends but they aren't nearly as profitable as these.(around 120 crimson an hour and around 800k profit an hour)

There's a good guide on these forums on how to efficiently kill them.

Good luck.

I hate skeletal wyverns too much to go try them out right now , so close to 99.

I've done waterfiends again. This time I used a zamorak spear and tanked their hits well.

I was able to get about 261 crimsons, which is about 60 more than last time.

Atm I've been doing dungeoneering a lot. I'm only 25,000 tokens away from a Chaotic Mail and then I'll be able to kill those waterfiends a lot faster I hope.

I will update how much chamrs I get with a maul soon enough.
