Fight kiln inventory/setup

Yak is 5 brew, 1 pray, 1 rest, uni + scrolls at bottom.

Totally retardproof setup so you should get it first try.

What do you mean by the items in yak? Sounds like you're saying you're only using 9 inventory slots, why not more brews/prayer just in case?

@OP i suggest you read a wave guide so you know where to stand and what to pray as waves start, being caught off guard is the only thing that will drain supplies or kill you.

Happy's gear looks good, downgrades are obvious if you can't afford what is suggested.

The gloves are goliath and swift, the boots are ragefire and glaiven. Ring is tokkul, from elder kiln quest. Dragon pick + Elite Enhanced Excalibur in inventory. I'd assume a maxed player would know the other items.

He means a repetition of 5 brew - 1 restore - 1 pray pot, four times (28 spaces) with the last two uni + scrolls.

I wouldn't bother with glaivens for ranged, and the leg switches are iffy too imo. I'd rather just use a Virtus skirt for mage&range.

You lose a lot of time ranging without the extra stats. It's not like you need more healing than what's up there so may as well.

Lose a lot of time how...? Nothing in the Kiln has much defence anyway, +10 attack from glaivens is an increase of maybe 4% tops (accuracy roll, not dps). If you really didn't need so much healing you'd be using steel titan and replace all the ranged stuff with brews.

I personally just SoA everything that i can't melee, mostly because my range level sucks, but largely because range sucks in general and it's just easier. I wouldn't bother with glaivens or swifts, but i guess you literally have nothing better to do with the inventory space, so why not.

Ahh yak makes sense, it's quite obvious but being a noob i didn't know if you saved space for crystals or whatever else.

I'm not Chee, if that was directed at me.

Doesn't really make a difference at all. Get p + v legs I guess. Tops as well if you can afford them.

EDIT: 400s block CCB shots here and there. Titan is too unforgiving for a first run so may as well bring extra gear with yak.

This is what i usually use. My opinion, when it comes to The Kiln, keep it simple. Simplicity is the trick to a fast Kiln run.The less time you spend switching Armour, the more time you spend killing, the less food you need, the faster it becomes.

You're overthinking it too much.

Put away the Bandos, P Cowl and V Mask. Put away the D Def too. You're going to end up wasting Inventory spaces and time and most likely it's going to cause you trouble later on.

If you need to Melee, use Virtus. Bringing Torva as well is a bad idea. Very bad. You need to keep your switches to a minimum.

In my inventory you see 8 Summoning potions. If it's your first time doing the Kiln, replace 6 of them with Brews and the other 1 more with another Super Prayer. Keep on for the Dill Wave (Wave 28). if you don't take Bandos, and use Virtus to melee instead, you're going to use 1 more inventory space than i have in my setup. This is fine, you'll just have to juggle a potion for a few waves.

Even if it is your first time doing the Kiln, you should be able to do it using a Steel Titan. I can't see you using more than 4 or 5 Brews getting to the boss (assuming you mess up in just about every way possible) and then another 1 or 2 on the boss itself (again, assuming you mess up in every way possible).

Steel Titan takes a lot of stress away as it does an insane amount of damage on certain waves.

I'm not really sure yet if Tokkul Ring and Void stack. I'm yet to try it out. But you're going to be using different armour anyway, in which case it should not really be of any concern to you now.

Don't bring Bandos since switching to it from Nex will lower your max LP. Get Torva. Pretty sure you can afford it with that 750m. As I said, FSH is better than other helm options.

Noxx's method will get you killed repeatedly until you get the hang of it. If you want a clean and easy first kiln with no risk involved, go with a yak.
