new veteran completion cape

hello im a veteran player of runescape that has used tip.it for a long time and im just now logging in to tip.it to share my new idea. please read the full idea and come up with full ideas before disagreeing, and feel free to agree with a bit of reasoning why you happen to like the idea, keep in mind i come up with this idea for the veteran players with the 5 year and 10 year veteran capes and completion cape owners wanting a reason to keep playing sense their maxed with a completion cape. a idea to add in new cape looks, emotes, effect's and possibility to combine 2 of the same 'type:all' of capes,so IF 1 cape is a veteran cape 5 or 10 years 'witch is type:all' and other is one of the 2 completion capes 'possibility skill or milestone capes, sense their type:all' to read more please go to runescape forums and type the quick find code in its place or use the webpage at the bottom.

I have 149 days till I have my veteran cape. I'm thinking about trying to start a movement to make the veteran cape better. More like the Completion cape but a tad lower in stats. Most people say the veteran cape is fine where its at but most people that have the veteran cape are maxed players that had a comp cape way beforehand so it seems pointless to have once your going to just use the comp cape.

 

Completion cape = 3% Critical all, 9 Prayer, 46 Armour, 100 Live

Veteran cape = 1.5% Critical all, 0 Prayer, 3 Armour, 0 Life

Veteran cape = 2-2.5% Critical all, 6 Prayer, 23 Armour, 50 Life

 

Most people bring the argument the a veteran cape is a free cape that anyone can have, but I think their wrong. This cape might not take the work that a Completion cape might take but it takes a equal amount of patience to obtain the veteran 10 year veteran cape. I personalty know a few high ranked players with completion capes and most do not had a veteran cape and a few are working toward a 2nd player getting a completion camp and are over half way their on their noob. players such as dovelly (L1L D0ve '1/2 maxed noob'), Paper bag, Cynder76. all have the completion cape but do not have the veteran

 

I agree with the argument that the completion cape is harder work and takes more effort to get and the veteran cape is a free cape in since but port armors are the best in the game and their free and can be obtained in just a few months. I agree the comp camp needs to keep its tittle of the top cape in the game. This will open a idea of being able to add the newly revised veteran cape to the completion cape though a right click combine option.

You can just say adding the new stats of the 2 capes together. It also possibly opening a bunch of new cape looks for the new veteran completion cape for the new runescape 3 and html5!

Except veteran capes can literally be obtained if you created an account 10 years ago and did not play at all. That does not show dedication to the game, and should not give bonuses to players.

The easiest solution i can imagine is making the dragon keep cape slot free.. That way you can wear veteran cape with the stats of any cape you want :)

no need to riot over a bloody cape lol, honestly if you play this game like ya have no life over a cape and a meaningless emote, you literally have nothing better to do whith your life. which is kinda sad lol.

That would be the stereotype. But its impossible to have no life and be able to play because people would die neglecting their bodies among other things.
