Error 35761 - Request Timed Out

Hi guys,

When I search for a players name on the hiscores feature, it begins loading and takes a few minutes before i get the error message 'Error 35761 - request timed out'.

Sometimes i can launch the client and not have a problem for the first few lookups and then it will begin to fail, although most times its on launch. (Apart from right now, when im trying to duplicate the problem to paste in the debug file, typical!)

I read some other posts with the same error message before posting and found they were having other problems, the problem i'm having is only with the hi scores look up on the right hand side of the client, the item lookup and every other feature works.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the client several times/rebooting the pc and it does nothing, i found a couple of threads with similar problems and tried those, including deleting some file from the swiftkit folder, cant remember which.

im playing on a sony Vaio with Windows 7, if theres anything else i can add to help let me know.

any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Edit: Sure enough it failed when i just opened the client, heres the debug.

I am having this exact same problem, and i have no clue how to fix it. I don't think it's your computer's or your fault, i think it has to do with Swiftkit's server or something. If someone could help us that would be great!
