I am very dissapointed about it. Thought the crown was a great idea. It should be avialable through the summer, OR easeir to get the things needed. I frmed and herbed for three days and got nothing- I could have gotten those last two with like 150 ad 100 leaves. I might have had a chance but today is the last day to get the things and the crown to put them on isn't easy or inexpensive to get either. Next time you do something cool- give people enough time to enjoy it and have a chance to get it- offer it more often- Kerry aka Rowan Ash If I could pin this I would because I bet others feel the same way too- and what's with the equal trade rule- that sucked too. I think if the drop rates had been better, or if they had run it for longer (seriously? 10 days? not 14?) people might have been more accepting of the overly transparent marketing ploy. 1 Check out my blog to read the Adventures of a Big Damn (F2P) Hero. It took me TWO days to get 60 resources for the Coronet of Summer - thankfully I wasn't going for the crown itself because I would have never gotten it. The goal is to buy spins. If they made it longer or increased the drop rate from skilling it would work against that purpose. Allowing drops was really just to pacify us. Nonetheless while I do wish the drop rate was better (I was lucky as I have no income atm) I do like that they made it a 1:1 ratio with some small chance of skilling. Not sure how it was for everyone else, but i have at least 2 dependable skills where I good bulk of what I used for 2 of my coronets coronets was from skilling. Farm gave me half the autumn coronets (with a lot more from spins) I needed for a crown and woodcutting gave me a good 100+ ish. I was actually short on leaves since I used them on trading for other materials, but this morning it came through for me and gave me the last few I needed. And as far as I can recall firemaking from 81 to 92 got me 100. But unless you bought spins it was all luckscape... I got enough to make the autumn one and then destroyed whatever else I got after that. Took up my bank space too. Is it just me or does the member's bank space seem to have shrunk? Xplozion Posted July 9, 2013 Share Posted July 9, 2013 I didn't buy any spins and managed to make all four coronets but I haven't put them together. I prefer them over the Crown itself. They're more rare. Although I did complete a crazy amount of quests to be able to actually get the items I needed. Really want the Crown but I don't want to have to use my coronets. I refused to pay for extra spins the economy is down the pan and money is still tight so no way on paying more. I felt they had changed the "drop"rate of those though: I cleaned 10k herbs twice, and the second time, I was left with about twice as many Seeds.
