Blaze The Movie Fan
Now back in the day, before the evolution of combat update, it was extremely diffucult to solo the Kalphite Queen, in fact it was nearly impossible without heading to the bank during the fight. But most monsters have been made easier to fight, even those who weren't that hard to beat in the first place. So my question is, has the Kalphite Queen been made easier to knock out? I have wanted to solo her for so long, but the fact that she was extremely difficult to solo did hold me back.
Major Dash
You could easily do it now, but the number of times you can kill it in one trip would depend on your gear. You could get by using barrows gear (making sure to bring melee as well as range/mage), but it will still hit a lot. “I had a feeling we weren’t coming back from this fight when it began.”“Do you have any regrets?”“I don’t. It seems surprising, I know, but I wouldn’t change a thing. This is how it was meant to be.”“Huh, you never really notice how lovely the day is until you realize you’ll never see it again.”“Mmmhmm.”
Sy_Accursed
She was definitely not 'extremely difficult' to solo pre-eoc, ever since the verac method emerged she was relatively easy to solo and newer stronger gear like chaotics only made it easier. EoC hasn't had a huge impact on that difficultly level imo, but that being said newer stronger gear that has come since EoC has made it easier. J a m e s
^ Not sure if you actually did KQ pre-EOC, cuz she is WAYYYYYYY easier now, I can do many, many kills per trip whereas 2 was really pushing it before EOC. At exiled KQ, I use drygores first phase, noxious staff w/ fire surge second phase. 1 noobs crowding hill giants? not on my watch
Blaze The Movie Fan
Do I need to use barrows gears in order to kill her? The reason I hate barrows equipment is because fixing them is extremely expensive. And to make matters worse they have become even more expensive, that's why I only use Verac's helm, and nothing else.
Major Dash
You can use royal dhide and full dragon, but you will be eating a lot. “I had a feeling we weren’t coming back from this fight when it began.”“Do you have any regrets?”“I don’t. Blaze The Movie Fan
Ok, here's my plan. I will fill my inventory of sharks, and have my ranged equipment ready. And when time is right I will switch directly to ranged gear. I will of course go to the least popular world to make sure no one else is there. My question is what's the best way to teleport the heck outta there whenever I'm low on health? I'm thinking of 5 charged amulets of glory in bank, since there is no time to use Ardougne teleport and get back to the Kalphite Queen with the al-kharid lodestone as she will have regained her health by then.I don't mind the fact I need to do many trips to do one kill of that beast. Arceus
An amulet of glory is not ideal because you have to do multiple clicks to get through the teleport (either right click or go through a menu). It is preferable to take something like a Falador teleport tablet which is cheap, stackable, and one-clickable. Alternatively, if you have completed the Ghosts Ahoy quest, you can take the Ectophial teleport which is free and refills itself whenever you use it upon arriving at its destination in the Ectofunctus. Arceus
The idea of the emergency teleport is to get you out of there fast though, then you can worry about getting back. You could have both in your inventory if you wanted, or a teletab to a different city that is closer. It's up to you though. "Fight for what you believe in, and believe in what you're fighting for." Blaze The Movie Fan
But I really don't want the queen to get too much chance of healing while I'm on my way back to her.
DeEliteOne
If you wanted to do some very light questing, you could do Stolen Hearts and Diamond in the Rough (both novice quests) to enchant your broomstick from Swept Away so that it teleports you outside Sorceress' Garden. From there it's a very short distance to the Shantay Pass bank, even closer than glory/lodestone would be. Inefficiency = fun. That's objective and can't be debated. Ever. Ammako
I'm pretty sure if you teleported out, she would just heal back to full since she would get out of combat before you had a chance to get back. Back before the EoC, things worked differently and you could leave and come back and monsters kept the same amount of HP they had, but I'm pretty sure mobs reset if you're out of combat with them and far away for too long.

What? Is that really the case? I hope you're not right, I really hope so. That would make it impossible to solo her without Verac's.
Arceus
You would have to check, but I would not be surprised if this was indeed the case :S. Oddish DIY
Her health resets if she leaves combat. It's not an issue though because she's alot easier than pre-EoC
Blaze The Movie Fan
I just hope an inventory of sharks, ranged equipment and teleport outta there is enough to beat her.
Poppet
Warpriest, Ghost Hunter, or Void and a Beast of Burden are a must. You should be able a couple dozen kills a trip easy. You have like no inventory otherwise and would have nonexistent lasting power without like soul split. So only a couple kills.
Blaze The Movie Fan
I can't believe it but I actually managed to solo her very easily. I brought 20 sharks, and only needed to eat 13 of them before she got knocked out. I'm so happy about that. Well, guess I can take on any monster.
Blaze The Movie Fan
Furthermore, since I now know I can easily take on the kalphite queen, I tagged the thread "answered" thanks for all your help, guys.
