I thought I'd start it now so as to get the first few posts correctly laid out and maybe start planning what I'll do for when the official Ironman mode hits RS3. I'm quite experienced at RS, having played for about 8 years at this point, but it'll still be interesting to learn a few new things about the game as I go about getting the Trimmed Completionist Cape and 120 in all skills.... Erm. Yeah. Maybe. Been a long time lurker of Blogscape, so hi everyone ;) Since Ironman mode is being made official, and I've really enjoyed seeing others doing the challenge, I thought I'd join in. The nice thing about this is I'll have the blog from the beginning, and will be able to show any interesting levels/drops/milestones right from the start. [spoiler=About me]I'm a 17 year old English chap currently doing his A-levels at school, so I might not have much time to play. I'm planning on studying economics at university, but not much of an idea beyond that. Other hobbies beside RS I enjoy are working out and reading. Also, if you know any catchy songs, feel free to say, I like all kinds of music and my music library is pretty bare at the moment. My Tip It name, 'Twenty One', is a reference to my favourite number, also it's the product of the numbers 7 and 3, which are also apparently lucky :o [spoiler=Stats]This is where I'll post pictures of my progress in terms of stats. Level 1 to 9 Slayer was done with the 1,000 exp reward from the Varrock museum.Level 9 to 13 Slayer was done with 2 500 exp lamps from Stronghold of Safety. Twenty One Posted September 8, 2014 Author Share Posted September 8, 2014 ~~Boss Hunting~~ Current boss kills : 0 Boss kill counts : Araxxor - 0Barrows - 0Chaos Elemental - 0Commander Zilyana - 0Corporeal Beast - 0Dagannoth Kings - 0General Graardor - 0Giant Mole - 0Har-Aken - 0K'ril Tsutsaroth - 0Kalphite Queen - 0King Black Dragon - 0Kree'arra - 0Legiones - 0Nex - 0Queen Black Dragon - 0Vorago and the Kalphite King are pretty much unsoloable, and Nex might be, not sure of her current state, so they're out :( I'll be fine for tier 90 weapons though, as Ascensions don't require great gear, just a lot of time, and then I can (hopefully) murder Araxxor a few times for the scythe and staff. Also been considering making a couple of videos, but it depends on the amount of time I have and if I can find a decent piece of free (or close to) recording & editing software. Here are my plans for when Ironman mode is released - now expected sometime October I think? (May have jumped the gun on this blog...) Finish tutorialGet Wicked hood.Complete Rune Mysteries & Rune MemoriesRunespan to either 91 Runecrafting (preferable) or 59 (if lazy) Will now have unlocked Ports and a source of runes for combat/travel. Will probably just knock out quests at this point unless there is something else that would obviously be more beneficial. I won't be starting on a hardcore account, because the only time I see myself dying is after achieving 91 RC, at which point I'd off myself.
