Here in the UK, it's National Customer Service Week. With this in mind, we wanted to share the awesome work our Customer Service guys and girls have been doing over the last year, and open up for your feedback in a series of Q&A events.

Apparently, Jagex's customer support isn't so bad after all, unless the numbers are gamed.

National Customer Service week? Seriously, who came up with this idea?

 

Anyway, I have to say that Jagex's customer support is pretty good. It seems everyone has had some sort of complaint with every customer support they've had to use, and Jagex isn't really an exception. But from my experience they're generally pretty quick and effective, at least more so than back in 2005-2007.

Apparently, Jagex's customer support isn't so bad after all, unless the numbers are gamed.

It took them about ~2-4 days total to respond to my mod resignation, half to be told that the method they finalized a month before was wrong, half for them to follow through once I did it again the "right" way. Never mind that it took a lot of digging to find the 'wrong' one, because nobody told the mod team how the support page would be redesigned, in spite of the fact that the resignation system was changed to reflect that redesign...

 

So yeah, not too bad :twss:

Well this is the 4th week since I lost items in server DC, and the promise of "a few days to return" has turned into "don't talk to us if we get around to it we'll do it."

 

Not impressed.

 

Even the one thing they did help with, transferring membership, took several messages more since the second guy who replied didn't know WTF to do, so I had to try and find someone else who finally was able to fix it.
