I was watching some rs3 movies and thought let's try to pick this up again.. It's been around 1300 days that i haven't logged in, and i'm not sure why but i  decided back then to drop/delete all my items.. Now im wondering, where should i start? I like to farm monsters, get my combat skills up and hope for good loot..

I did some research and most people advise to level up slayer, but i don't know here to start. I got no gear at all..

All tips are welcome!

A lot has changed in 1300 days, lol...the best way to start would probably be the Evolution of Combat tutorial at the Combat Academy in Lumbridge, where you can learn/practice tactics there, and be rewarded with some experience books upon completion as well.

From your stats I infer that you are F2P at the moment, In F2P, most of the gear you would want is relatively cheap. Rune armour, blue d'hide, and batwing robes are the best in melee, ranged, and magic, respectively. Cockroach soldiers and ankous are a couple decent monsters to farm for decent gp on F2P worlds, and if you want experience, lesser demons or giant red spiders are better. If you need some cash to start off you could go mine (for example under Falador), make headless arrows, kill guards for grapes, telegrab Wine of Zamorak in the Captured temple by Goblin Village, etc..

Of course, if you're a member you have many more options and things to do, so I would recommend you buy a membership if you can. Free players can do Slayer, along with other members' skills, up to level 5, and you can begin by speaking to Turael in Taverley to get an assignment and equipment. You can skip straight from 1-9 in P2P by doing a quiz though, so you might want to keep that in mind for later.
