Most of the phpbb topics if I recall were migrated when they switched to IPB software. The phpbb topics are there if you dig, for the most part. stevepole Posted December 2, 2015 Share Posted December 2, 2015 Scapeboard died back in '04, I forget most of the details to what happened, but I loosely remember something like the database and the domain where held hostage by the hosting company, so it was decided to rebuild the forums from scratch which thous began forum.tip.it. It wasn't until fairly recently that the domain scapeboard.com was re-aquired by I think MageUK and pointed back to the Tip.it's forums. With reddit and social media being used more for Runescape-related media, most forums lost plenty of members and activity slumped.
