Nfamousdude
I got 92 prayer banked. But I really want to get to 95. What should I do? What should I keep to make money back the most efficient. I got full bandos, subjugation, Karil top and bottom, sol, sgs, armadyl cross bow. What I am saying, which combat set is the most likely the best to make cash back afterwards, or what other should I get(welfare) gear? Explain your answer please. Thinking about selling sgs and my last bond for a dragonrider lance for training and before it rises and people realize how good it is. But that's kinda off topic. I haven't unlocked tormented demons or glaciers yet sadly.., working towards the branches of darkmeyer. Thanks!
Arceus
If you had 85 Dungeoneering I'd suggest frosties but it seems you don't have that available, assuming your signature is current. I'm not really sure dragon rider lance is worth dumping bank for, as Nymora/Avaryss blades should be nearly as good (in fact, higher DPS if you're focusing on one target like a boss). You could perhaps bring bandos + blades to Graardor and farm him for cash, or K'ril (if you want to Soul Split). If you want to do something easier you can farm avianses you can likely camp there indefinitely, but the amount of cash will be limited. I'm not sure which specifically would be the most efficient - each one has its own options and you should probably choose based on what is most appealing to you. Lastly if you do invest in a dragon rider lance you might want to be careful with prices. Just in the last 24 hours there have been (at least allegedly) trades 10M apart. Nfamousdude
the only reason I would want it is because of the training aspect it was it works like a halbred and it's better than attuned crystal hally. I would just sell sgs along with random stuff. Would still have bandos subjugation, sol, etc. I haven't tried the bandos boss since I was younger and failed after 2 or 3 kills. you tried that method there before? that might be a good idea because I really want to get better at bossing. do I do an instant mode or do I just hop around the world. And you have any suggestions on inventory or abilities just any tips in general?
Arceus
Ah well true, if you want to say camp abyss, it will be much faster for training up. Bandos is a lot easier now then it was back in the day, as I understand. With the blades it should be doable, at least a few kills. For abilities, what I last used for melee (with dual wield): for an SGS or another 2H weapon it would be similar, just swap out decimate for cleave, fury (I guess?) for havoc and pulverize for destroy. or for magic: http://i.imgur.com/i8E3pfH.png If you don't have Sacrifice/Corruption Shot move up Chain and Dragonbreath, and Wrath near the end of your revolution rotation. In terms of instance, the main benefit is less wait time between kills. You can use surge, freedom, and anticipation between kills to keep your adrenaline up. If you enter the world instance (which is free) there is a long wait and you have to start from zero again. I didn't use world instances too many times but when I did it was deserted most of the time. It's probably a good idea at first. If you find yourself comfortable getting many kills per trip then it may be better to invest in an instance. In terms of inventory probably grand/super/super warmaster potions, ~5 prayer flasks, and sharks to fill the rest of your inventory and your Bob. I'm not sure if you want to go through the hassle of boosting Herblore but adrenaline potions (84) generally help quite a bit, so you could make some of those, or get one more level and then boost with a god banner for them. A few brews can help too (with using berserk) but that is a little pricey. Standing in one of the altars in the corner and letting Graardor march over to you helps to keep down the damage too as it will avoid drawing the aggression of some of the minions. If you would like we could go together sometime! "Fight for what you believe in, and believe in what you're fighting for."
