Been away for a few years/Questions

I haven't played since they changed the combat system so I have missed a lot I am sure. I have about 35mil at the moment and was wondering what I should buy. It seems like drygore maces are my best best for melee but I have no idea what to buy for range and magic. I also am not sure what armor would be good for my level. Stats are 90 att/88 str/87 def/86 range/71 prayer/81magic. ATM I have bandos tassets/chest/godsword/whip/dfs. What is the best ring/amulet/cape at the moment to get? I have the 10 year cape/fury/warrior but there is probably something better. I have 77 dungeoneering as well and haven't spent any tokens yet so if there is anything new worth buying let me know.

I'd also like to know what useful quest rewards I should go for. Any help will be appreciated.

Drygores and bandos are probably adequate for your level and budget for the time being. There are a number of higher tiers of armor but most of them are a bit more expensive. For range and magic you can use something like a black salamander and staff of light, respectively, and armadyl/subjugation armor to go with it (or royal d'hide and mystic for cheaper options). It also depends what you want to do (slayer, high level slayer, some kind of bossing, etc.).

For a cape obsidian cape is a cheap and readily available cape, or you can use a reefwalker cape, though it will degrade to nothing at some point. For amulets you can buy the three saradomin ones (hiss, murmur, whisper) and use those for each combat style, as they have slightly higher stats than a fury in their individual combat bonuses, but you will have to switch them as needed. A blood amulet of fury is also a good amulet for slayer and low level bosses but it does cost a significant chunk of money (and degrades).

For cheaply available rings, archer/warrior/seer are still decent options for the price. A slightly better ring is the asylum surgeon's ring obtained from completing the quest Broken Home in addition to its challenges. It gives small bonuses in all three combat classes and has the chance to save adrenaline upon using a special ability or special attack.

For Dungeoneering there are quite a few useful rewards. There are chaotic weapons, which are level 80 and in various styles. I wouldn't recommend buying them as there are many other good uses for tokens and there are equivalent or better weapons available that aren't cheap, but also are not ridiculous prices, i.e., you will outgrow chaotics soon enough. The scrolls are mostly worth buying if you plan on doing skilling - for example, scroll of life provides a chance of recovering a seed from a farming patch, wasteless smithing grants a chance of saving a bar if you are doing smithing, etc. There are drop cleaners like Herbicide that sacrifice herbs for xp, bonecrusher that auto-buries bones and can restore prayer if you combine it with one of the demon necklaces, etc. It's up to you as to what you find useful.

In terms of quests many of them are worth doing. There is Broken Home as I mentioned above, Ritual of the Mahjarrat if you want to do say Queen Black Dragon for money, Elder Kiln to gain access to the minigame of the same name and obtain better, untradeable capes for each style, a bunch of assorted quests to unlock Dominion Tower to eventually unlock valuable rewards there, Tears of Guthix to unlock a weekly minigame for XP (if you haven't already done this), and probably a good number more that I'm not recalling off the top of my head.

Weapons > armor, without a doubt, and absolutely. Using a T90 weapon with no armor is better than using a T80 weapon with full T90 armor.

For melee, drygores are good, but a cheaper alternative are this and its off hand: http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Blade_of_Nymora

It has the same accuracy as drygores, but the damage of chaotics, for a fraction of drygore cost.

For magic, virtus weapons would be the next best thing if you can't afford the cywr wand (20m). Virtus are like, 8m for a wand and book?

Ranged, royal bow costs under 1m, but you need to be able to kill QBD to make it http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Royal_crossbow

Ring, you can buy a berserker ring, or do broken home (it has no reqs) for the surgeon ring, which is without a doubt one of the best rings period http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Surgeon_ring

Cape, obsidian or skillcape is good, if you have it. Amulet, do One of a Kind for dragonrider, which is also very good http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Dragon_Rider_amulet
