I recently started playing OSRS again and I was trying to complete the Dwarf Cannon Quest to be able to train range efficiently and when I went to go find Gilob out of the crates and he isn't in any of them. I have tried re-logging ,and talking to Capt. Lawgof again. None of these things have worked, if any of you have suggestions, or can help me, I would appreciate it. :shades:
