  2. Haha, oh my gosh, one of my friends from college uses that stuff, too. We always laugh about it because he seriously gets jacked for maybe 45 minutes and does reps like a beast and then just crashes like crazy. It's pretty freakin funny. Ive not had any crash from it, maybe that will come in time as I adjust fully to it, but once that happens then its time to take a break from it!
  3. You cant spot reduce fat, in males and females the belly fat is the last place where fat is burnt generally. Ab's are made in the kitchen as well as the gym. One good AB workout a week alongside plenty of cardio and a great nutritional diet and you will be there in no time.
  4. There is always going to be arguments over what protein is best etc. Theres alot of them out their! A couple of tips I always give my clients is. Avoid any protein shakes with added sweeteners, this will bulk up the carb and fat count and is going to do nothing for you, sure it might make it taste good, but thats because it will have sugar/sweeteners in to make it that way! Rule of thumb for protein generally is 1 scoop calories should be not much more than 4 x the protein, example: if one scoop is 100 calories then there should be around 25g (give or take 2 grams) of protein in the scoop, if there is much less protein then its more than likely the protein is filled out with carbs. As for the creatine, it has only been proven to cause liver problems with those who don't drink enough water along with it, which is advised with all creatine. PS: If you are looking for protein throughout the day, dont ignore foods such as tuna, chicken, lentils, peanut butter (moderation) as they are also great for you. Most people prefer protein shakes after workouts as in liquid form it can access the muscles faster, thus helping recovery. Sorry if this was a tad boring!
  5. I use Jack3d, 1-2 scoops 30 mins before a workout with 300ml of water. Best pre-workout supp Ive used and isnt expensive at all (£20 for 250g)
  6. Looks like a few things are broken at the mo :o
  7. Wouldn't Swordfish be better? (can't fish monkfish yet) Any food really, the kalphites you meet near the entrance won't deal that much damage, however if you do venture further into the tunnels, bring anti-poison too. So basically, waterskins, ropes, anti-poison (just in case) and some food to get you through the task. Used to hate kalphite tasks personally but, good luck :).
  8. Looks like making yew longbows (u) and selling them back to g.e is the best bet then, thanks alot :).
  9. Nice blog. Keep going with slayer, great skill to train!
  10. Hi there, Just come back from a break away from the game and wanting to finish off levelling my fletching, got from 83 - 99 to go, I dont have a massive amount of GP to blow, maybe 5 million gp at most. Whats the best way for me to level fletching? Dosnt have to be the best experience as long as its affordable and a decent rate of EXP. Thanks for your help. Plastic Poet.
  11. Wish I still had RSC pics but the ones I took were many computers/hard drives ago. I remember first starting up and everybody raved about lobby fishing at Karamja (this was 02) finally worked out how to get there and swore id never leave because id never be able to find it again. Ah so many of these pictures bring back memories! Those darn scorpions always used to give me trouble in dwarven mines, remember black armor being released and rushing to buy that. So many good memories, and also so many good friends made along the way, although Ive lost touch with most. A couple of the older friends I had were called Himmler and Goering and were brothers, wonder if those names are allowed nowadays? Good memories from many moons ago!
  12. Thanks to you both, this makes this alot clearer now :).
  13. Hi there, Just wondering if anybody could give me some advice on mining levels 60-99. I am P2P too. Any advice much appreciated. Plastic Poet.
  14. Yet with selling the prayer potions Ill earn some of it back?
