Does the other computer happen to run something older than Windows 7? Dev-C++ hasn't been developed since 2005. That was before Vista was released. Try to run it in Windows XP SP2 or SP3 compatibility mode.

I started in 2001 then played until the release of RS2. I just didn't like RS2 for some reason, but I eventually came back for a month or 2 and leveled up new skills then I quit for years again. Now I'm back and enjoying the cook all feature because I just alt tab and look at websites while it does its thing.

I wish the US Military would take me. I know the Army won't, but the Marines aren't sure what their eyesight limit is or if they even have one. If they don't I'll probably be joining in the next year or 2. I've wanted to join since I was 16, but I'm cursed with a -19.75 refrac in my eyes.

They won't force women to join the draft for several reasons. 1. Women aren't allowed to join Military Special Forces. The reason for this is because women are more likely to be victim of an infection from missions where they can't shower for weeks or even months. Although I don't agree with this; it will mostly likely never change because of medical liabilities. 2. Let's face it guys; girls distract us if they're pretty no matter how disciplined we are. Guys are more aggressive than girls, but if you have a girl around; the guys will be flirting with the girl instead of being alert about their surroundings. There's probably other reasons, but I'm too lazy to list them.

I use Chrome and Avatar. They're both relatively cheap and I always get told I smell good by women.

Oh come on. The United States teens must have been lying. When I was in high school I have only met a handful of people that didn't drink. I've even had a drink underage and I don't drink too much at all even though I'm legal age. They were probably too scared to tell the truth thinking they'd get in trouble for underage drinking which is a decent violation in USA.

Your problem is that you're using Windows XP. 32 bit processors support 4gb yes, but Windows XP limits it to 3.2-3.5 depending on some other stuff you have in your computer.

Wow, when I read the topic name I thought "what does heroin have to do with steroids?" lol Steroids should be legal in my opinion, but I also think controlled substances should be too. If somebody wants to destroy their body they should be legally obligated to do so, it is their property not the government's property. So, yeah I think steroid use should be legal for adults. Making it legal would give everybody the opportunity to do them instead of just the ones that can get their hands on them. Thus removing the edge that other people get from them by giving everybody the chance to get the edge from them.
