(Thanks to Racheya and Elchris for the great Sigs.)

The premise is simple. Every user get's a single blank Grid square to do with as they please. The Square will be added into the Full 10x14 Grid. (If it's ever filled i will make it bigger, but that's 140 squares)

[hide=Your Square]gridsq.png[/hide]

Rules:

- Each User gets one single square. If you want to do a second, it will replace the first on the Grid (i will make a list of who is where on the grid)

- The squares will be put on the grid in the order they are posted

- If you want your square in a certain place on the grid, just tell me where you want it using the format of '#x#'. E.g 7x4 would be the 7th square across, 4th row down.

- No graphic images, nudity or swearing in the Squares.

- Abide by the Tip.It Forum rules

After those rules, you can do ANYTHING in your square, pictures, text, drawings, whatever you want.

Can I reserve my spot at 7x7? I know it's by order posted, but I think you may as well let people who want to reserve spots as it's not likely they'll finish the squares anytime fast.

It's fine to reserve a square. 7x7 is yours.

Added. The grids looking a bit sparce atm, but it should look pretty good when it starts filling. Wonder if anybody will team up with others to make a larger image. I.e 4 people teaming up to make 1/4 of an image each.

Note: If this shouldn't go here then it will be moved, but it isn't a forum game per-say.

The Tip.It drawball was in Off-Topic, so this should be fine.

I don't have time to make a square, but I'll make one later.

Added. Yeah it's fine to replace at a later time. Just Post another square saying you want to replace our old one if you want to.

Could groups of users do a 4x4 for the Gallery/Tech and Computers/Varrock/Falador? It'd fill up space nicely and they're kind of in the OT part as they're not related to Rs...

I'd love to help with a Varrock square! I know I haven't posted there for a while but that'd be cool :)

If they did each square themselves, i.e user 1 does the top right, user 2 does the top left, user 3 does bottom left user 4 bottom right. (in a 2x2 square).

You would need 16 users though to do 4x4.

All those reservations added to the list.

I meant a 2x2 square sorry.. Yeah I'ma go see in Varrock who wants to do a square and we'll base how many spaces we need of of that... Probably only 4 but you never know.

EDIT:

Planning topic in Varrock: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=805298&start=0

I'll do one in Falador too if anyone wants to do one from there.

There have been several topics like this in the past, and most of them have been stickies in the gallery. I would say it goes there. But either way, I'll decide what square I want in a little bit.

I noticed you're saving the grid as a gif. You might want to save it as a jpg (not sure what program you're using, I assume GIMP) with a decent quality so the colors aren't as messed up (gif has to index colors and only uses a certain number of them, which saves memory at the expense of color. jpg when done properly takes up little space and has decent color) If you want I can do a test of the jpg and see how big it is.

EDIT: jpg version is 221Kb at 95 quality. I could probably put it down to 90 but it'd still be much bigger. I'd still recommend a final version as a jpg or possibly a png (though it'd be huge)

EDIT: Lolz, my png version is 121kb and looks better than jpg.

EDIT: @doomsavenger: most of those topics have been 'pixel a tile' or 'siggy a tile' boards more suited to the gallery... this one's more random and anybody can do anything they want with their tile.
