I don't know where else I can post this without people going "huh?" or "IDC", so I'll just post it here, so I can get something off my chest.
I lost my e-mail password today. I changed it a month ago, and made a note to remember it. I went to try and recover it, turns out the recovery email is the email in question (...). I quickly exhaust the other option as well too. In frustration, I sent a form to hotmail, giving information as accurately as possible. They couldn't even be bothered, and just sent me automated crap.
This is great, just great. I've used this email for 3 years. What does hotmail expect me to do now? Shell out thousands and fly to the US to get this crap done? I've done everything possible (including risking viruses for password recovery software) and nothing has worked so far. I have no idea what to do now. I just sent my last form to hotmail in the vague hope that I'll get at least an email that is typed out.
I'm not expecting anything now. It'd be a godsend if they even bother replying.
(sorry if I sound completely immature, I'm feeling extremely irritable)
