  3. To clarify I don't mean using cheat codes in the game or hacking. I would never do that as it would be unfair to players who want to play the game legitimately and I think anyone who thinks of doing that is insane. My question is it possible to get past these monks and bring forbidden items regardless? Only going by what you actually CAN do in the game and not something you guy buy with real world money, thank you.

  5. It's just a weapon turned red for fantasy https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_axe
  6. Just completed the Defender of Varrock quest on OSRS. I play OSRS from time to time (same account: E M R E) for fun after playing it more seriously for a while (late 2018 to early 2020). Here are my OSRS achievements from back then: Quest Cape - March 2019 99 Fishing - 24 April 2019 99 Cooking - 12 May 2019 99 Firemaking - 24 June 2019 99 Fletching - 30 August 2019 99 Hitpoints - 19 October 2019 99 Strength - 8 December 2019 99 Slayer - 9 December 2019 99 Attack - 10 December 2019 99 Defence - 11 December 2019 99 Magic - 17 December 2019 99 Ranged - 20 December 2019 Music Cape - 19 January 2020 99 Woodcutting - March? 2020 (Lost the date) 99 Farming - 20 March 2020
  7. Before I left RuneScape the dragon battleaxe was my favorite weapon in the game. And it still is. And I'm still at the opinion that not using that weapon because it's so slow is horseshit, but I shouldn't have used that disagreement to weaponize these comments I disagreed with to make a video exaggerating how bad this place is and I apologize for that, this is a great place and I shouldn't have lied about it being worse than it actually is. Anyway the question I have is this. And I would like an answer if possible. Are dragon battleaxes based on anything that existed in the real world in the UK or europe? I'm sure battleaxes did exist in the real world back then, I'm not asking that. I'm asking what specifically is the dragon battleaxe based on? Thank you. EDIT: I'm curious about this too, I know the dragon battleaxe is magical, would it be bullet proof too?

  9. Nice. That one, as well as the fletching pet, were the only two that I genuinely wanted.. never got them when I was going for them, ended up getting the construction pet on a whim using 50 some mahogany logs. Don't think I'll ever end up getting them anymore.
  10. Also just got Herbert, the Herblore pet (I'm already 200m herb xp and was making some ovl's for necro training so this was lucky, wouldn't have chased the pet otherwise as I was already 200m herb).
  11. Yesm everything works fine now, thanks!
  12. So... I can apparently remember my password 16 years later somehow. I am now 33 years old. Have a wife, a house and 2 beautiful children and might be going for a 3rd. I have actually logged into RS3 a few times over the past year because my wife mindlessly mines ore for some reason in the mining guild lol. So I have done the same. AND CAN YOU BELIEVE IT I actually spent some time in 2023 'decking myself out' in the best gear that I could afford to kill frost dragons and yes, I actually hardcored frost dragons for a couple days at the age of 33 lol. I had been playing Guild Wars 2 for the past decade but fell off of that game as well. Priorities when getting older, you know. Hello everyone. 🫡
  13. Try editing your first post now and let me know if it doesn't work. GZ on the Necromancy gains.
  14. Very well might be. The admins might had disabled them for bulk outbound/spam emails
  15. I specifically subscribed to all forums and specifically chose one e-mail a day so I get notified of ALL posts as this place isn’t very popular now anyway. But no. Instead I only get an e-mail of threads I subscribed to individually. Where the hell is the email for other things? I shouldn’t have to go back to this site to see mew posts that’s why I chose e-mail subscription. Sorry if I sound uncivil but this really bothers me.
  16. Congrats. I think I got to 25 or something from my semi-weekly-daily spins.. honestly, seeing the new combat update is great because it makes it easier for everyone to understand accuracy. But I still have no interest to play. I don't recognize most of the stuff in my bank anymore
  17. I love the absolute confidence of your reply, despite the fact you've never seen the movie. MPATHG: "You must cut down the mightiest tree in the forest............ with a HERRING" RS: Use a herring on a tree in the forest "this is not the mightiest tree in the forest. The entire quest, including the Grail being used as a beacon in a "dreamlike" realm..... and so so many other references. You've got to incredibly arrogant, yet even more so arrogant to make the claim its "coincidence" and its like the real thing...... Also him? Monty Python is a group..... not a person. Just like Led Zeppelin is a band name, not the name of a person........ I created an account here just to show my absolute incredible shock at your arrogance.
  18. Both games are vastly different. Oldschool isn't 'how the game was in 2007', it is more like what the game would had been, today, if they never implemented MTX and EOC combat system.
  19. I hate old school RuneScape since the original version was outdated and I didn't hate and still don't the new combat system at the time. I haven't tried much of the old school runescape nor am I interested. I like to live in the present not the past.
  20. I feel you. The sunken cost fallacy is one of the reasons why I have never played another MMO other than runescape. Though I did break my own rules by jumping ship from RS3 to oldschool. Though I really believe that you might like ironman. If not on RS3, on oldschool. It's a similar game, but different in a lot of ways.
  21. If it takes hours I wouldn't. I want to play a variety of the game, not one place or mode.
  22. Perhaps you might be interested in playing an ironman? It is entirely DIY https://runescape.wiki/w/Ironman_Mode/Strategies/Efficient_Ironman_Pathway_Guide
