Is it just me, or are some of these Forum Games on 'Life Support'?  I mean, I know I'm "out of sync" with things around here, but something just seems off about the traffic. :(

  2. If the words you speak are true, you have but only one choice, and it's not one taken lightly.  You'll need to take your computer, in its' current state, and storm into Jagex HQ.  You'll have to demand to speak with the Lead Staff of RuneScape, the Community Management, and anyone else involved in handling of bans & appeals.  Do not alter it in any way from its' current state, so you can show them very perfectly that you were not Macroing.  This will be the only way in which you can get your account protected from this happening again in your lifetime. :(

I see 'Ms. @List' has joined the 'Count Down from 30k' game!!!  Welcome to the thread.  We'll be glad to have you along for the many months/years/'potential decade' that this game has left to run.  May you find your niche in the numbers you land on, as there are interesting ones to be posted. :D

...because ending up with a cold is no fun, and the last week of my existence has been a mess due to it.  I might be getting over it now, but the damage is already done. -.-

Okay... I guess we can call that "punctuation"? ....... Pardon me while I go be embarrassed in a corner... This is what I get for eating from In-N-Out in the middle of the night.

I see someone's taken on the persona of "Shinya Kogami" from "Psycho Pass" over in the 'GTPTGTPBY' Thread.  An interesting, surprising, smile-causing, yet confusing choice, at least in my own opinion. :? :)

(p.s.:  Now, could somebody deny them the success of finding me posting next, and keep the thread running?  I want to see that thread travel a little bit before I post again.  Same goes for the "You're Banned" game, as I'm getting a little depressed that nobody thought of something to post after me over there!)

Hey D.V.! Hope you have been doing good. I worked 8 to 5 pm today. Someone else came in @ 8 am to [the newest cart attendant so I said to go to the GM side]. The Grocery side was 1/3 full so  there was a lot out on the lot so I got those in 1st. Had to use 2 reserves by 10 am since I had to get electric carts in & did a carryout. someone came in @ 10 am & someone came in @ 11 am. They helped til 12 til I was supposed to go to lunch but Mrs. Betty said for me to go to the GM side. It was full over there so I just got garden center some buggies & just kept the garage full. On my lunch break I went to get some gas. I had 1/2 a tank so I used a calculator to see how much more I needed to get it full. I went in to pre-pay & got $13 in then it slowed down. I kept putting more in & then someone said it was leaking under neath. I had to stop about .29 till what I paid for. I got in & the fuel gauge didn't move [it has always moved every other time.] Got back to work & called my mom to let her know something might be wrong with my car. They were out on the boat on the river. I just helped on the Grocery side for the rest of the day. It stayed pretty busy & had less than 20 buggies inside. We were able to get it pretty full before I left. While I was driving back home the fuel gauge went back up to full so that's good to see. I will pick up Cindy tomorrow morning before 8 am when I go in.

Sounds like you might have had an air bubble in the gas tank... At least, I hope that's all it was.

Eh... could anyone else think up a way to Corrupt Blaze's Wish on Page 474 of that other thread?  I don't think I should be the only person thinking up inventive wish corruptions for his wishes? :?

Well, our Forum Admins were able to fix the issue on their end.  You should now see a lot more pages read as completely secured on the Tip.It Forums themselves. :D

However, I've discovered that I have an issue which I can't fix.  My signature image's Host, PhotoBucket.com, thoroughly refuses to operate in HTTPS Mode.  So anywhere I'm posting, for the moment, will not fully read as Secure.  I wish I could fix this, but it's beyond my control.  I'll have to hope that Google shames PhotoBucket so badly that this gets changed.  Damnit, I wish I had known about this 10+ years ago, because I likely would have found a different image host.  Oh well... <_<

  10. What SHOULD be happening:  Forums registering as being in Secure Mode (HTTPS) on the Address Bar when the visitor requests it.

This will basically never happen due to the nature of forums.  You might get the odd page where you get lucky and the bar is green because every resource is requested over HTTPS, but these will likely be the minority.  This is due to the fact we display content provided by users, and we don't host all of it.  Case in point: no page that you post on can ever have the forum marked secure because your signature contains an image requested over HTTP.

Eh... I'll go fix that...  Freaking thing's out-of-date, but I can at least patch that little issue.

I do wonder, though... Is there any way to initially force a request to go https before http anyway, for things such as images referenced in posts, or is that entirely on the user to deal with?

UPDATE:  Just discovered PhotoBucket is actively refusing to operate in HTTPS Mode.  I'm unable to fix my Signature at this time.  I guess they'll have to get shamed by Google a lot in order to force them to change their ways. <_<

If only I could get @Arceus -- and a number of others -- back in here.  I've got a funny, non-violent one for next time somebody messes up the CountDown.  This thread shouldn't be empty of people, and I'm regretfully to blame for being called on for 'cartoony punishments' of errors. :(

Ah I see that on a few other Forums :(

I hear that.  Just filed a Bug Report during the last session that I was on.  If you would like a read...

I'm also of the hope that our Forum Admins will be able to handle this soon.  Right now, I'm keeping watch for anything bad to happen. :?
