Yay I missed all the awesome thumbups and thumbdowns of yours. You're back in business m'boy . Last time you thumbdowned it was only one not so epic one.

  2. Reavers aren't evil and Lords aren't good. It's more like...well, more like...here, let me quote Mark Rosewater on the Magic: the Gathering color pie.

    -snip-

I see what you're saying. Its just the way Jagex characterized it at the end was:

Become a Reaver if you enjoy constant change, like roleplaying the 'evil' or 'anti-hero' role, wish to focus on group work rather than individual work, like to prevent things being static and if you fancy yourself as having a fiery personality.

It doesn't necessarily mean that the faction is evil incarnate but does tend to lean toward evil actions. Also I think this part of your post sums it up as well:

So yes, black mages often can be evil. [...] That being the case, we cannot say that black represents evil. More closely aligned with evil than the other colors? Fine.

Still, thanks for digging that up, interesting read :).

  3. lame

At least put a little effort into it like you did last time :D!

  4. "Following our Forum Games onslaught"

wut? There was no such thing.

Oh, and you missed the /fg/ers invasion and hijacking of the marriage thread. We did a much better job than you with your supposed "onslaught."

Heh I am not one to question the power of /fg/ers and no I did not miss your visit of the Das marriage thread :D. Consider ours humble in comparison :P!

  5. I personally use Adobe Premiere Pro and find it fantastic for all my editing needs. Its sort of around a 7.5-8 in difficulty. The interface is also a little clunky at times but it doesn't really bother me. I'm not so sure about Elements but it should come with a decent array of abilities too. Many however recommend Sony Vegas for beginning film makers. So you may want to go with that as a starter program. Just be sure that whichever you go with, you research the student pricing discounts! They take a huge chunk of the cost away...

  6. Woot! Half-way to 99 numba two!

What plans do you have for the bars once you're finished? Crafting perhaps? Do you realize that 50k gold bars are worth about 6.8M on the open G.E.? Am I asking too many questions? Toast? :P

The trip to see Cirque sounds incredible. I'm very jealous.

Remember, what happens in Vegas...usually has a cream that can get rid of it.

Good question(s) :P! I am tempted to use the stock for crafting however, I am aware of techniques other than gold jewellery making that I may be more interested in. I probably will sell off the stock and invest a bit into my very weak prayer level as well as disperse with other stats. But I can assure you, crafting though a desirable 99, is not my next goal...and I do have one already planned. And I certainly will keep your special advise in mind when I pack for Vegas :D...
