He was wondering about non pvm options, I figured I would i would throw in my opinion on the matter
On topic - farming herbs is a great option.

Don't bother with non pvm methods, theyre not as fun as the other one and probably not as good.
Try doing some quests upto Ritual of Maharajat(sp) and get killing glacors, you also have the option to get 4 more dung levels and try your hands at frosts, you havent missed much content wise i can think of besides quests..

Hey after the update this morning, i seem to get booted off runescape after a few minutes... is anyone else experience this?
Any solutions? Im going to try updating my firefox, and trying different browsers.

Actually c2s are great for fishing exp, but you need to drop the fish, so If you can stand taking a little while longer to do c2s for fishing exp as well it should be considered.

I spend way to much time underground in dungeons that the otuside literally has no impact on me. I can't remember the last time I went and bought something from the ge. So i'll continue they way I am :)

Anyway I solved the problem by updating my browsers. This may be closed thanks for the help.

Try the dedicated RS client. Navigate to it from the homepage if you can at all, but if you can't even load the menu bars, here is a direct link
Yes it is a link to a direct download and safe Internetting practices dictate that you don't click download links from people you can't trust (ie. everyone on the internet), but if you read the URL by hovering over it, it's from runescape.com, no tricks.
You can also try other browsers like IE and Chrome.
Hey so I dont know if it is not working because I am on a mac, but the client isnt properly working and it says to download the new version but I cant access where to download it from.

Hey so the trouble started last night i didnt think much of it, but now I open my browser, and the site doesnt fully ever load, and if i try directly to the game the client doesnt appear, I tried on firefox and got to the main page and crashed right away, and now I'm just waiting it out, anyone else having troubles?
Any help and advice would be great.

For skeletal monkeys i recall training on them ages ago, but you do have to spend on prayer potions and such correct? I was leaning towards armoured zombies, or either that or giant skeletons fron dt.

Hey so as I am nearing 113 dungeoneering(finally) i figure i should reallyfinish up maxing combat to get myself a new 2h and a better plate...
Can anyone suggest some fast places? I only gave about 2m left to 99 in both att and defence, preferably not somewhere to cost oriented, I dont mind about profit rather exp...

After the serversweep today, quite a few f2p servers are either now p2p or just removed completely from the world list. What I don't understand is why they would remove these worlds...
25: Fist of Guthix world, a lot of us use this because 20 is filled with way too many "omgz i want xp stop running noob" noobs. That and the lag. A lot of pro foggers are considering quitting fog altogether because of this.
113: 1k skill total world. The only world like that for f2p, and it's gone? No reason for that really. There's a REASON why this world is unpopular. Might as well remove 114 (1500 total for p2p).
141: Clan Wars world. Really, removing the ONLY popular cw world is plain dumb. Now everyone has to cluster[bleep] at 1 which is bad enough already.
Jagex, think about it next time you do such things...

honestly though, I have 50m lying around, I just might try that out.
Try looking into dgs, im pretty sure i see eoe pics in the screenshot thread and they dung all the time, i wouldnt bother paying for floors so early, i feel like around level 70 and up you make the switch from novice to semi decent, and that i feel is a big step... but thats just me, try your hand at c2s in downtime.. 117, good to see you farming though!

Go to window settings in the client and press the "re-run auto setup" button. Should fix this.

Hey I'm in the exact same boat as you. You can fix the mouse issue by switching to OpenGl in the setting option, but then whenever you load new graphics or dungeoneeer in my case, your screen will strobelight with blck for a few seconds. I havent heard anything so Im just staying off! :(

"Hi there, since the update, I have been unable to resize my game screen. Doing so would create a glitch when the cursor actually resides 1-2 inches above/below when I have it placed.
To fix this, I changed my system settings to "Open@GL"... Doing this disallowed me to safely load new landscapes, especially within dungeons in dungeoneering, my entire screen would glitch up.
When I try to play runescape via the website, the lag completely prevents me from doing any kind of tasks.
I realize there was a new version of java that is unavailable on the mac, but I was hoping a Mod or a knowledgeable player had an idea on how to fix this, as I enjoy playing.
My Mac system is currently "Mac OS X, Version 10.6.8". If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this situation, please reply to my thread, thank you. "
Found this in the RSOF, pretty much the exact same situation, hoping for any advice. Figured I couldn't be the only one with this problem :(

Bleh wherever i want to click I need to move my mouse lower then where it is supposed to be, it is a mac specific problem i believe and i am using the client! i tried switching some things but then when I dungeoneer, random black lines appear after every door is opened haha, any suggestions?
What graphics "mode" are you on? I hear there are some bugs with DitectX mode. Try changing that setting around, they say OpenGL is your best bet.
Yeah i just looked around, the problem is fixed when i switch to software mode, and i play on minimum settings, but when i try to dungeoneer the black lines show up after every door is opened which is annoying, im going to try to look around some more.
Just click on the "auto setup" mode and it is fixed ;)
