  1. What is your definition of camp? I thought it just meant staying for a very long time in one place.
  2. People kill the Aviantese for Adamant Bars... There really isn't anything there that is good for meleeing (aside from Spiritual Mages as already said). My signature is from ranging Spiritual Warriors and Aviantese. You might find Ghostly Warriors to be like the Aviantese of melee.
  3. Ooh, you actually got one? I've had a max offer in for 20 for a while and haven't gotten any... Or did you buy with junk or something...?
  4. They're like forging rings I believe. Nah. Some guy on here got Zuriel's Staff, said he used it once and was out on 10m because he couldn't trade it anymore.
  5. Unless the drops go in a loop or reset daily, they seem to only degrade after every kill, eventually getting as low as Iron Axes or Sardines or nothing.
  6. Heh. This isn't the same, which is why I won't post the method until I've cleared it to work better than what you describe. i can confirm i had the same results for myself and 3 other friends im pretty sure jagex nerfs all drops after you kill the same guy 5 times in a row Thank you and him both for trying to be helpful but I already know that. I assure you that this would work differently, as well as being an exercise in itself...
  7. That's the thing - I want the first claim (along with participants) to this if it does work well, a patent if you will. It'll still work alright - the prices aren't too much lower...
  8. Heh. This isn't the same, which is why I won't post the method until I've cleared it to work better than what you describe.
  9. I would've expected some sort of set effect since these are almost exactly like Barrows armors in regards to uniform appearance, power, "ancientness", and coming from one person's super stash.
  10. Honestly the whole RWT thing didn't even cross my mind, since rewards are random. This does obviously have to do with PvP worlds, though. I figured that you could infer that from "250k+ worth of junk items you would be prepared to lose" requirement. I should say that if successful, the process would work similar to how some people play Fight Pits, as in, we will take turns reaping the rewards. Other things I am looking to gauge are... Combat style effects on "impressiveness" Combat with same opponents Creating drop lists I should mention that I need all participants on at the same time.
  11. I am looking for 8 people with the following attributes... 105-125 Combat (without Summoning) Recipe for Disaster Rum Deal 250k+ worth of junk items you would be prepared to lose (Creating mass junk items easily.) Trustworthiness RuneScape membership The exact plan, experiment, and mechanics will be revealed to those who are assisting me at the time of the actual experiment. Please post here to apply. Note - I wasn't sure if this was the right forum for this, but I am sure that this doesn't belong in Help and Advice.
  12. You're at the mercy of the person you're killing; RuneScape is weird like that.
  13. Out of all of the new weapons, are any two-handed?
  14. May be a noob question, but where is this viewing orb? Sounds cool to look though :)
  15. [hide=Viewing Portal on PvP world! Large image...][/hide] If I ever get around to actually PK'ing that'll have been a good 8m-ish investment.
  16. Great guide! However, there's one little bit that I didn't read anywhere in it that actually isn't so little: If everyone leaves the third room, even just one step outside the overhanging, the Corporeal Beast will instantly be back at full health.
  17. Okay, so they heal themselves, not him. I got Jad to 20hp, I was at probably about 54, I got distracted, he hit me down to 9, I panicked, scrambled to heal, and got ko'ed. No pictures during; I was trying to concentrate really hard. Pffffft... I know that some people get defeated and charge right back in there but honestly I just can't do that. This was my 3rd or 4th serious attempt, I believe. My first since the graphical update. [hide=Very first attempt picture][/hide]
  18. You may think you're funny you stuck up son of a [bleep] but you aint. You hit the nail on the head in your last thread, you're not wanted. Go cry in the corner about it. You're turning this into a personal bout when I was originally saying that I wanted to believe you were different. I was trying to help you, and like most pures, you have rejected this help and rather insist on your personal attacks.
  19. But I do want to be part of it, rather than someone who doesn't even know me kick me out after they ride an avalanche of hate that lands directly on top of me. "WTH are you?" started it for me. There was no hate, you called it hate and brought it upon you. And people we don't know get alot of attention due to the amount of wbms we've been expriencing lately. I'm sorry, but I do believe WTH=What/Who the hell, so "WTH are you?" probably means "Who the hell are you?" which does sound hateful. Especially when the chat in question is UNOFFICIAl, and tip.it takes no responsibility for it. The only chat officially sponsored by tip.it is the IRC server irc.tip.it, reachable by a Java client by clicking the chat button at the top of your screen or a IRC client. Thank you both. I'll use that chat instead.

  21. Oh, but you don't even have to ask for it. It's here ready and waiting for you. And it's the truth. And I hear the truth hurts.
  22. Ray and RIP are the ones who were spamming (and Ray was flaming) on the Forsaken's. Did I leave that out?...
  23. This is a thread dedicated to bashing pures, wtf did you think this thread would turn into? Heh, you're right. You [the pures] have a negative stereotype, and if you take a minute to (calmly) read over the last few pages, you'll realize that you just supported it. Unfortunately for you, the stereotype is not ill-founded. However, I'm willing to reason that the very fact that you made it to TipIt in the first place might mean that you're not the "average pure". So, please, rather than support your negative stereotype, deconstruct it, and show that you're not just "another one". Are you just trying to be stupid or is this the real you? Pures are always being bashed; tell me, how many threads have you seen on tip.it bashing defence noobs made by pures? none? Thats because defence noobs are the ones constantly starting arguments then they get annoyed when pures finish them. I am not supporting any stereotype I am retaliating to a senseless assault on character like any normal guy would do. Pures calling people with defence noobs = FAIL  I see no point in dressing up the truth. And I hear truth hurts. You're senselessly retaliating. There's a large difference.
  24. Righto, so let me start off by saying that I joined (I am attempting to anyway?) the TipIt community because I'd like to be around a more mature group than your average 'Scaper. I've been around for a while, longer than it says on my profile even, and I felt I was finally ready to join this little community... But, you (you should think carefully to decide if this applies to you) do not seem to want me to be here, or at least not so easily. This picture shows what I believe is unfair, and am hoping we could get some peer to peer mediation over... (Although, to be honest, I'm sure I'll get flamed here just as much as I did there. It doesn't seem like I said a lot to get them going, but heh. The first chat was Forsaken Mage's, and I have no pictures from there, but it was pretty much all spam with a few intelligent comments/discussion every few lines mixed in. So I left for a while and came back and joined Evil Mumm Ra's. That is where this chat begins.) I'm sure it'll be their word against mine since it looks like I haven't been around as long. This is not the friendly community I envisioned.
