You don't want the best recording tool, you want the best compression tool. I suggest DivX/XviD or whatever. You see, the way recorders record are fairly the same. I've used almost all recorders and the only recorder different from the others is Fraps. The only reason people get horrible video after they uploaded it is because after they recorded, they compressed with the default program or the program that came with the recorder.
All videos come out the same if you have the same settings, but video comes out different when you cut it down into a box.

Get a friend who can get the highest combat level you can attack
Teleport to Wilderness volcano
Your gear should be something like this
Rune plate, rune legs, glory, climbers, glory, d scim, rune kite (Some statuettes protect over whip)
Have a friend go to the volcano, then go inside
Kill, repeat
You can only attack people in the crater in a BH world
What...?

Don't worry about what others say. I just bolt with my partner, and kill eachother. All done in a pvp world.Isn't that expensive? Chaos runes... I'm so thrifty.

I'm sorry if any of you consider this as un-helpful, but this is pretty much the entire solution.
There is a certain amount of items you can alch for profit, being as they have a 100 item (for some) limit from the G.E. it isn't profitable. However, this page** gives you an incredible advantage and you can place orders ahead of time.

Merching and the one mil trick and pretty much knew all the W's to moneymaking. However, when I decided to leave Runescape, I spent quite a lot of money having a fun day of pk-ing.
Now, I'm broke, sort of. I actually had enough money saved to get 99 construction before I left, but I spent it because I thought I would quit entirely since I had paid for a year long subscription to a game I liked better. Then, almost like a week ago I think, or two, I got banned and these aren't panzy bans. It's a 30 day ban and I'm pretty bored everyday after I work. I re-extended my membership (I have a ton of saved up pins from friends) and I even got like 102 rank in Mobilizing Armies (Stupid Jagex spelled it wrong, did you know that? On their main page.) I only played because I was broke, now I don't want to be broke, therefore leading to these questions.[/hide]
Yes, I know people frown upon it, but I need quick money and since I've been so out of touch, I can't use my older methods. It's only for a short time anyways.
1. Since Jagex has nerfed it before (BH, Limited Worlds, Areas, Low hitting spells, etc), how are you supposed to do the 26k'ing these days?

It's not a Jagex sanction.
Why not? They've done it before and uh...lets just say they take money seriously.

You guys are miss-reading it, Jagex is taking a sanction against Serbia specifically because of money fraud. I'm guessing you subscribed under a credit card? Jagex renewed your subscription to prevent people from complaining.
Either:
A. They blocked all IPs originating from Serbia from making a subscription. "Refunding" everyone 30 days so they don't get a complaint.
Or
B. They located all accounts registered/subscribed under Serbia and "refunded" them 30 days.
What you need to do is test the extent of your problem.
I'm guessing they probably only blocked payment specifically from Serbian banks.
You should:
1. Find a proxy, one that I love and I truthfully believe is the best proxy is UltraSurf (Entire continent of China uses it). Google it please.
2. Test whether they specifically blocked your account or any IPs relating to Serbia.
3. If the proxy works and you change countries and you're allowed to make a subscription, then it's the IP. If you can't, then it's your account. The first scenario would apply to blocking all IPs originating from Serbia as well.
I wouldn't worry about it, Jagex has done this a lot to prevent themselves from losing money and getting taken to court.

And no, paying from another country is not illegal, it isn't exactly against the law and Jagex is only a company. Don't worry about it being illegal or anything, international laws are so hard to understand for me that I don't even bother. I can guarantee even if Jagex found out you were stealing free Subscriptions from them, the worst they would do would be disable your account until payment was received (which they have done since like, forever).

I'm not sure what you're asking advice for, are you planning to use them for BH or PVP worlds or just general account ownage.
However, my opinion rests with the first account if you were going pking, the second account looks like a zerker pure. I prefer the top one because KOing with G-Maul in Pvp/BH owns, the range level is beastly too.
Second one is just good overall, but I wouldn't use it for pking much.

I can't say I'm good at pking, but I can hold my ground.
However, throughout the years, I've gotten way behind the times and I don't know the strategies. I don't even know if kawarmba (is that how you spell it?) doesn't affect combat delay anymore, or whether you can use shadow burst from 10~ sq away and combo with a dds spec. Many of the strategies on BH videos are avenge and KO, which is not what I'm looking for.
So, do you have any strategies that could go into a guide. I only ask this because it'll draw more thoughtful answers instead of the typical common everyday knowledge you can look up.

Actually its just a safety measure as tripsis said.
You still need to teleport to edgeville to get back so it doesn't save you any charges.
I use this method over the house tab/house glory method because it saves me a spot.

Mcafee security centre, usually notifies me even if anything is changing on the comp so im not too sure if i have a keylogger. The scans at 88% now and nothing whatsoever, not even any spyware so really confused.
Surely my pass can't have just been changed on its own?
Yeah my recovery was kinda rushed so i didnt enter any of my payment details, only the method i pay by, now been around and hour and a half since i sent the recovery request.

Your computer is only as safe as the user. Whether your Anti-virus notifies you or not doesn't really help when you can't identify whether it has a virus attached or not.
Remember to enter your payment details if you don't get it back the first time.
Have you played Runescape on any other computer other than your own? You could have accidentally went on a phishing site, but its kind of obvious when you enter one of those.
Go play like reversi or something.
Not sure how this helps, but just relax, maybe you entered the wrong password. Caps lock, your keyboard language got switched. A lot of things could've happened, someone can't kick you if your logged in, so it could just be human error. Get on another account and see if you log in, if you do, talk peacefully to him, DO NOT start a fight, even if he says no or what not.

Well, if you had membership on it, a good way to prove it was yours is using information you paid with. If you used a SMS you could use the phone number you put in the box, a credit card, the credit card number, pay by mail, your address or any type of proof that it is indeed yours.
Your right about the UK time, to relieve your anxiety, you could make a new character and add the character that got hacked. If you had a bankpin, your safe for 3 more days. Otherwise, you'll have to wait a while.
What Anti-Virus are you using anyways?

Build a dinning room, and a kitchen. Then get level 75 (or 70 if you have crystal saw) and make a house design using RuneHq and if you have any other questions post here.
EDIT: Build the dining room so that the fireplace is facing away from the portal. Then build the kitchen just south of the bell spot so you can call your butler really fast.

All of you are doing it the long way.
Best way is to use the OoogLoog pool for infinite run and use the shot putt. This is done from run energy, which depletes by 20ish every throw. However with infinite run, you will get it back. Just do this until it runs out and you will have loads of tokens.
Wealth does help, it's classed as a rare drop from the cyclops.
I've never tried this, but it sounds extensive. Food can only last so long, so getting a ton of tokens might not be necessary anyways.
Unrelated to my opinion, I would try this because its coming for cat666. :-#
Anyways, about the wealth, there was this person who had good relations with one of the Jagex staff, it was really old and they would go to the blue moon inn and have interviews. One of the questions was what exactly wealth did, that's how people got the "roulette basis" because it came from an actual programmer. Another question asked was what did it not affect and he classified rune defenders as a non-drop along with clue scrolls and etc.
Personally I wouldn't use one, I guess you can experiment though.

That is very confusing, lol. Ok, uhm. You told me how to privately kill someone, is that correct? Couldn't I just do that outside a bank that isn't multi-combat?
I forgot what EP is short for, but yeah. How to gain drop potential. I'm not even sure how it works now, the percentage to actually getting something random to getting something from your opponent's inventory/gear.
