simple, they cast it, wait a min, engage battle, spec, cast again(if hit), spec away
You have no idea what you're talking about. He does 8 specs in a row and vengeance twice in a battle, he's a pure and is set on ancients...

I definatly agree with this statement. And since I'm a f2p I've made 2 warrior pures and they seem to be better and cheaper to lvl then my mage one. \
You must be on crack if you think that meleers are the best in f2p, tank rangers destroy anyone and everyone at their own level and usually 10+/- as well.
tank rangers got owned by full rune...
Lol :shame: So wrong, any ranger with 40-70 defence and 80+ range owns full runes easily...they hit way more, can hit high and barely get hit.

I thought you could only cast them on other players in multi zone when they're fighting someone, I just had a lvl 79 pure do 8 specs on me and do vengeance twice in one fight, since when was this possible?

That depends on how many people you have in one area and if that area is multicombat.
Ice barrage can hit up to 30 damage on any one target and can hit multiple things, so if there's like four then the max is about 120 total damage.
Ice barrage can hit more than 120..it can hit 200+ easily as it can hit 9 squares so it can hit upto 270

Use atk and str pots if you're going to hally them, get them from warrios guild cheap.

I'm going to let mine run for 270 days...268 left :P ...Every 90 days I'll put more cash in, and every sunday I'm going to increase approval..going to have it on 100% Maples and 50% Herbs.
I'm estimating my results at
233k+ Maples
2330+ Nests
7.9k+ Herbs
79 Herb Seeds
:twisted: Just hope I can have the patience to wait that long...I'll be getting 99 range, 94 magic, 90 Attack and 90 Defence at pest control for the 270 Days :P

1 Bill you say? Let's do the math. Say you have 99 friends in your clan buying this ess. That's 2600 ess per trip (assuming you're all using Ardy Teleport). Each trip takes about 2 minutes. So after 385 THOUSAND trips, your clan bought all 1 bill pure ess.
So for 534 days your clan of 100 were buying pure ess at the Karamja store eh?

Best thing I found in the store, usually just gems and high level ore. Nothing of interest that I recall. Although when I'm training firemaking at the Lumby general store, it's really cool when you find yew logs in stock there.
