  1. If you want a good place to mine, with little to no competition, I suggest the Steel Mine.

It is located in Level 7 wildy, north of Edgeville.

Since it is Level 7 wildy, almost no revenants will bother you.

And since the spot is in the wildy, nearly no one will mine there.

The only con is the Level-25 skeletons, but they are easily killed, even with a rune pickaxe.

I got 63 to 65 mining there. Good luck on your mining!

  2. Like Denis stated, re-secure your wireless.

Make the WEP key about 10-20 characters long so that it makes hackers harder to access it.

If all else fails, use Local Area Connection. Since Wireless Routers need a cable connected to make it work, you might as well already have one.

  3. While powermining in F2P Rimmington Mine, I have to deal with people who steal my iron rocks.

When I ask them to leave politely, they just go and say crap like "Get a better connection/mining level!" (With worse grammar). -.-

Either they are immature, or that's just how Mining is like.

And no, I do not know about the P2P miners so no statement there.

  4. IMO this is what should happen:

Daggers- Increased speed to speed 7 (since it's weak)

Shortsword- Increased stab accuracies (because currently it is the same as a longsword)

Mace- Increased speed to speed 6 (it's the speed of a longsword (5) and only does shortsword damage)

Scimitar- Decreased to speed 5 (only weapon that needs nerfing)

Longsword- No change (most balanced weapon IMO)

Warhammer- Increased crush accuracies (same reason as shortsword) and strength (same reason as mace)

Battleaxe- No change (again, balanced weapon)

2H- Increased strength (so it has more KO ability)

Dunno about claws, spears and halberds since I'm FTP.

If daggers were increased speed, then the dds spec better have decreased speed.

Hmm... Maybe decreasing the accuracy of the DDS spec? :-k

Or make it so that the DDS spec has a much less chance of poisoning opponents.

  5. Your Attack level determines how often you will hit. This can be improved by wearing items with Attack bonuses.

Your Strength level determines your max hit. Again, improved by Strength bonuses.

Your Defence level determines how often you get hit a "0". Different types of Defence bonuses block against different types of combat.

(E.G. Magic defence helps block magic attacks more often.)

    Hope this helps.

  6. Hmm.

What about removing the forfeit portals during the minigame? That will make fair games in GOP.

And if the players destroy their wands, it will just give them a disadvantage (not being able to use it) instead of automatically quitting.

Same for games like FOG. (Removing the forfeit cave)

  7. IMO this is what should happen:

  8. very nice guide.

still cant find a way to go a Cornucopia, are the drops really rare or something??

The cornucopia is a holiday item from Thanksgiving. It can be re-obtained by killing birds (although I'm not sure about that).

    Anyway, zaaps, nice guide!

This will surely help the majority of F2Pers. :)

  9. Back when I was a noob, I was ranging goblins. I wasn't aware of the fact that I was low on health, so I eventually died.

Because I was pretty new at the time, I didn't know about how to get my items back until 1 week later.

Other than that, I don't really have that much fails.
