Pretty much all mods, TET leaders, crew members and IRC staff can request a custom title

But yeah, I agree with Mr. Freeman. Stop talking about racism and it will go away. Why didn't I grew up to be a racist? Because in my childhood my parents didn't taught me colours.
Because 'Hispanic History" is a very large and extensive subject. By "Black History", they tend to mean just the history of American Blacks from slavery to the present.

The other case is if your drunk, your not considered legally capable of consenting. Which means that just about everyone (or at least the males) on my university campus could probably be charged with rape on the grounds that they ahve all slept with someone who was drunk at some point (not sure what the limitations on it are).
But what if they're both drunk?

When people seek revenge, they tend to make the other person feel worse, so that they feel better by comparison. Although this just leads to escalating problems.
