I will see if any other clans post. If not I will consider between Envy and LOL. The Rune armour sets will be easy to get..., But question is, why do I need them :!: . Just asking :D.
The rune is for returning in pvp fights. We do a mixture of pvp and cwa but for pvp you obviously lose your gear when you die. Doesnt matter to much as it isnt to expensive but it helps if you don't need to then go to the ge and buy another set instead of being stocked up on the gear already.
Gl choosing though.

make temp ladders that last for 1 or 2 weeks max
have it set that clan can war only the clan directly above them
declarations have 12 hour response time for acceptance otherwise other clan has automatic loss
if lose they drop 2 spots
fighting for top spot of war ladder - whoever loses goes to bottom of ladder
all the fights should be set by default dangerous and no returning all out f2p
i think if ladder lasts 1 or 2 weeks, it'll be easier to work with if clans who participate know there's a set time - after that time is done then you move on - maybe setup a new ladder
Seems pretty good just a little short, ide say it should last a month, from the start of the month to the end of the month. Also ude have to get clans that are willing to put a huge amount of time and effort into it so mabye get some newer clans to do it as well as some more established ones to form its core. Also you would have to get them to sign up for each month as they might do well one month and then not bother the next thus making it impossible for the clan below them to move up. And you'de also have to set some sort of rewards up for the winners each month, mabye sigs or something as the twr doesnt give clans something to fight for. Ide also say the #1 clan if beaten should go down to #2 and the #2 clan should go to #1. Other than that i like your idea.
Edit: Just thought that instead of dropping 2 places mabye only drop 1 as a clan could go rocketing up the ladder without a fight if they end up being below a good clan that keeps winning.

Hey there, you should definetly check out Clan Envy, we are an active waring clan with a great and very welcoming community. We do plenty of pvm and many of our members love to skill weve even got a couple of maxed out members with 200m xp in certain skills.

Done mabye 1 or 2 cwa things tops since it came out, done quite a few pk trips and fights, some successful some not so. And im happy with the amount we do.

Hey you should check out Clan Envy 110+ (f2p)
Active pvp/warring clan with loads of non-waring events constantly.
We are est based as well with a great community, so don't worry about not knowing anyone in Envy.

Ok mate, ur gonna get ur first serious reply in ages on this topic.
Basically i dont think there are any 1 iteming clans out there, there are pure clans which don't risk a lot but i believe you are to high a level to join any of them. However risking full rune isnt a bad thing, i do it and so do many others. Of course if your interested in a clan that isnt a 1 iteming feal free to reply to me but i don't believe there is a clan that is pure 1 iteming sos.

The Fight
The fight began with Envy defending east tree with 102 opts and Gladz rushing in with 84 opts. Envy quickly used the numbers to our advantage and with our fall in leaders on form, we quickly transitioned through their pile left right and centre.
10 minutes into the fight Gladz called off returning and left the battlefield, leaving us all lonely up at members gate :no:
