Kind of sad to see what's become of PK'ing.
Yes, because the problem with PKing is people like me. Not the broken PJing system that Jagex point blank refuse to acknowledge or fix, the hundreds of trolls in each PKing world, the ability to instatab from any fight and survive 100% of the time, the combat system where 90% of the time stats play less of a role than luck, the constant server lag or the herds of dicers lagging out the PKing worlds.
No, it is definitely people like me. People that get kills by outsmarting someone or catching them off guard.
I agree that the system is broken, but you aren't really outsmarting them, it's more of a trick - or just a huge rush in that dark bow video.
Tricking someone isn't really outsmarting them either, it's more distracting them and rushing. Outsmarting implys that you've used more brainpower than them.
It's like saying I outsmarted you by pushing you into a road of oncoming traffic.
However, I don't really care for PKing and you're free to do whatever you want.
We do use more brainpower than them, we think through how we are going to effectively kill them and then try it... They just attack trying to get me off.

This guide will show you how to down max risking brids, even when they are eating to 1100+ HP. The requirements are fairly hefty, but so are the rewards.

I tried clearing my cache and restarting my PC with no luck, tried that link and it worked perfectly.

Harro. RS is glitchy as hell with loading at the moment, and i found a temp fix.
First try deleting your Jagex cache, usually found in C:\.jagex_cache_32. Then try loading using this link (legit link, don't accuse me of phishing):
http://www.runescape.com/game_dmg.ws
No idea why it works, but i was unable to load RS for a good 20 minutes, tried that link and it worked first time. I randomly found the link in the game.ws source and was wondering what it did, tried it and it worked.

I think the idea isn't perfect but it is in the right direction. Why not have quest requirements for botted tasks that would be a pain for the bots but a very likely thing to have for the player?
A simple example, completion of dragon slayer before you learn how to kill dragons. Dragon slayer requires 32 quest points, which isn't much, but would definitely slow down the bot creation if nothing else. A huge majority of players who are able to kill dragons would already have completed this quest, and if they haven't why not have an alternate way to unlock the ability? Say if a range/mage based account wanted to kill dragons but they couldn't due to the strength reward, they could gain the ability to at 70 range, but could only use range to do so.
I've heard that there is a bot that does every single f2p quest. So unfortunately I don't think that would help...
There are a lot of rumours about bots, most of them are pretty ridiculous. I heard on the RuneShark podcast that there are bots that can get you a fire cape, which is wrong... Also heard that there are bots for barrows, wrong. There is no bot for all F2P quests, a fair few, but not all. Not enough to get to the point where it would be easy to get past such a requirement.

I'd consider it rare to get 3 items for a treasure trail.
From 999134thpure. Forgot to save the trade screen. Thank you lots!
You have a bigger bank than me.. from begging. What is this.
The biggest banks on Runescape are owned by the biggest [wagon]. Bug abusers, hackers, lucky staking addicts and Sparc Mac.

Any clan operating to gamble is going to encourage scammers and their own advertising along is setting a false image.
That is not true at all. All of the massive dicing clans make legitimate money without scamming because the odds are in favor of the house. With the billions if not trillions of gp they deal with, randomness becomes much closer to the real 55% chance that they will win. Legitimate dicing clans stand to make much more money dealing legitimately because then they have a good reputation and thus more customers and higher paying ones (some people bet billions in dicing) than scammers who might make a small amount of money once or twice and then be known as a scammer.
Okay, so player A is "Legit" and running a gambling shop. Player B, who has no money to begin with...Watches as Player A makes a whole load of money effortlessly. Player B then decides to try his hand at just saying it's legit...Offering the chance to gain themselves some money at the loss of others.
You're telling me that this doesn't happen?
Loss of others != scamming.

man...whats it gonna take for me to just get a sigil, kid comes in first kill after i camp for over 20 hours and snipes it !
Just go and leech WLC :D Fraction of the supplies + faster kills... Your LSP must be insane by this point.

The problem is mass amounts of money + easily swayed, moronic moderators.
It doesn't tell me why I was muted because it is only a Player Mod mute, my only assumption is that it is for dicing because that is what I was doing both times while I got muted. And as for the threats, I said I had read about that happening to someone else, but that didn't actually happen to me.
When i was a dice host i was muted 3 - 4 times a day at one point. ALL of those mutes were removed.

Holy epic rewards, batman! How long did it end up taking?
I think about 4 hours, but I didn't try to speed through it or anything. I like to enjoy quests, as long as they aren't half-assed like Deadliest Catch.
I love a good quest... The last one i truly enjoyed would be summers end =/
