99 range = same combat as 99 range and mage. I guess he could max both? But still, who cares about friggin death plateau...

Creature's name: Wild Reindeer and Ravenous Reindeer
Combat Level: Err... I have no idea so random numbers sound good. 117 and 225.
Slayer Level requirement: 80 for wild and 90 for ravenous. (i don't know about others, but i'd consider that a high slayer level :S)
Unique Drop/s: Training Whip, Saddle, Mount Whistle, Spiked Whip and Sturdy Saddle.
Location: Wild Reindeer: Trollweiss mountain and Frozen Waste Plateau, Ravenous Reindeer: Frozen Waste Plateau
Items Required to Slay: None
New Item Design: Once you get the training whip, saddle and mount whistle, you can tame a wild reindeer (75 summoning requirement). Once you get the spiked whip, sturdy saddle and whistle, you can tame a ravenous reindeer (85 summoning requirement). These can then be used as mounts, allowing you to travel at a speed faster than running limitlessly.
By blowing the mount whistle, your mount would be called and you will jump on top. Your mount can be used to fight monsters, however you cannot help it. It has the same stats as the original monster, so the ravenous reindeer mount would be much stronger than the wild reindeer, however the drops required would be rarer and the requirements higher.
If you lose your mount whistle, you have to repeat the entire process to get another mount.

Dear level 70s who run for a 10k cash pile in the red portal at clan wars, don't.
No a rule breaking lure, i simply said on my other count that i was "dropping my entire bank worth" on the ground. Not a lie, my other account was a brand new level 3 at the time, the only cash i had was from the Stronghold of Safety XD. Needless to sayi lol'd. Missed his dragon long though, would have been a nice touch.
Just thought i would point out that not all lures are rule breaking ones, just because someone dies with stuff they don't want to die with doesn't automatically put the blame on the other person. He didn't know how much cash there was, i never specified. He willingly risked his items to find out and get the money, which never happened since i froze him too soon and one of the 1 itemers nabbed it, lol. But, yeah. If you don't want to lose your stuff to a lurer at least have a little bit of common sense.

Personally i see no need for it. Skype, TS and vent are perfected, why bother adding a feature that is likely to have large issues for a while when you could simply use the available, free suited pieces of software? I only just started using Skype with IRL friends who play, and i don't see how adding an ingame chat feature would be any better, or could be.
There is also the advantage of having a seperate program for the talking, which is if you don't always use the same account, or if there are laggy servers which cause the chat to lag etc. Obviously these problems may not exist, it could even be released as a seperate downloadable client.
I understand why Jagex would do it, for people who may not trust other services, or to prevent DDoSing etc... But i don't honestly believe it is necessary. If you don't accept calls from people you don't know or trust on Skype then you will be fine. Also, it only takes 2 seconds to see that Skype, TS and Vent are widely trusted and reliable programs.
Eh, leave it to other companies imo. Perhaps provide links for users from the RS website, giving people official and trusted links?

I do the non-rule breaking kinda luring mostly, occasionally tried the sinister ones. Generally i find that because the methods are already so well known, the people don't fall for them. The ones that make them do something off their own back work FAR better IME.

Cause I want it now for td's. Only would have been 150k extra exp if I waited, which wasn't worth it to me.

That isn't the point of this method. It is cheap, reasonably fast and the supplies are easy to get your hands on without costing your entire bank. Not everyone can afford methods like plank make.

Quick note, this is just a tip. Not a real guide. This isn't any secret method, but it is a good one that is often over looked. The supplies are VERY buyable on the GE and aren't rising at all. The experience is cheap and fairly fast.
What you will be training: Magic
Speed: Roughly 75k - 80k exp /hr without bonus experience
Gp/xp: 0.98
Requirements: For the best experience (not worth doing without this) 87 magic and a lava staff.
It is very simple. Buy cosmic runes and a lava staff, go to the mage training arena and into the enchanting area. You should then run back and forth from the hole in the middle to the piles, collecting and enchanting the shapes. Don't waste time choosing the bonus points shapes, it isn't worth it if you want the best experience.
Try to take a whole inventory of shapes at once, enchant them, deposit and repeat.
I can get 75k - 80k experience with this method, which is faster than high alching. It is also likely to be cheaper and a million times easier to pull off during the bonus experience weekend.
Cosmic runes instantly buy for mid, i bought 25k as a test. I did this from around 87 to 92 magic, it was definitely worth it. The experience rate is good, you get a lot of points in the MTA and it is cheap as hell!

I love the perfectly timed lag on the first clip... =/. I can't work out whether i hit him with my second vengeance or not, if not i'm sure i could have downed him if i had been able to.

I wasnt supposed to get skulled. I missclicked on him by mistake. He went to bank and whatever and said "im gonna come pk you" joking. Ans well. . . long story short im not 200k richer but my bank is missing a rapier.
