Why do I have the feeling that the maxed melee account is not really yours? Something is fishy. Almost maxed out combat stats and you are asking advice how to make money is very-very-very-very suspicious.
With those levels you have... Get summoning high enough for a war tort and try out solo DK? Maging rex is not bad at all.
Well, it's not good, but it's less tedious than fungi picking. But I guess you have to do something like that to be able to afford some medium-tier gear for Rex maging... Fungi, green drags, MTK, herb runs(get farming 40+, it's not difficult), other dailies to get you started.
The account is mine but i've always sucked at money making. I was that lvl doing green drags while i was getting dung up.

I usually did green drags or boss hunted is how i started making money. My pure is only 60 att and 70 str. My lvl 103 is

Looking at your sig, with those 99s and 99 summoning... you asking what a good start to make money seems rather fishy.

My account got hacked and i can't get it back. So should i play on my strength pure or my lvl 103. Also what quests should i do and what is a starting point for making money.

Don't try to make money before frosts if you are going for frosts.
Why waste the time when you can spend the same amount much more effectively in the future?
I'd just work to get 85 dungeoneering ASAP and ignoring trying to build my cashpile outside of dailies/farming, which should get you a few mil anyway by the time you get 85.

At 70 runecrafting you can bind a celestial surgebox, which will allow you to hybrid (mage/melee) effectively. This really helps on stuff like primal warriors as they have way too much melee and ranged defence. Since you are 99 magic, you'll be a good addition to a team with a surgebox, but only mildly useful without one (no offence).
Don't i need 50 dung to bind 2 items?

You will get faster xp at higher levels, much faster in fact. Mostly you're better off using Tears and Pengs to skip the slow levels. Though in your case it may be worth getting 70 runecrafting with pengs.

Green drags are a good option. I'd suggest you get your dung level to 50-60ish through tears of guthix and peng points, then start actually dunging.

Ok for making money I am learning to flip, but I'm not making much yet because i have a small cash pile. So i was wondering what else can i do for money? I've been doing a lot of corp events but no luck yet and i usually do green drags. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated thank you.

What would be a good herblore level to get to? Also what would be a good method that is cost efficient?
