Disrespectful?No I think it's the overall attitude. Players can choose themselves to use spins or not. People can also choose to be disrespectful towards others based on choices and opinions.

No merit to cheating, especially when you're paying extra money for a fantasy game.You guys should quit whining. Runescape may be a fantasy but mimics real life.
This is how the world works. People cheat on tests, exams, relationships, business, in anything and everything.
This is how life works. If you want to be legit and grind it out putting in twice or thrice the effort. Yes you have my respect. Because that is true meritocracy.
But the reality is that cheating works. Shortcuts work. Spins do the job. And I acknowledge that as well.

He's a great player because he can play extremely consistent hours & is a very efficient player. I'm not denying he used spins, he used alts and abused methods that are borderline breaking the rules, but still doesn't change the fact he's still a great player, in my opinion, not better than someone like drowns, zarfot, etc, but still good.

I've seen the video, it explains a lot, you don't have to agree about it but you don't have to be rude & offensive towards him and not even thinking about anything regarding him and how competition works,
The so called "competition" didn't even come close to buying or thinking of wasting money and time by cheating their way to the top.
maybe some day you'll realize that he wouldn't even be the discussion of this thread if he never bought all those spins and participated in those keys.
He would still be a no-namer, no body would give a damn about him if he had never bought all that crap.
You should look into the difference of what being efficient by playing the game/skilling and "being efficient" by participating in in-game purchases is.

I am enjoying the game. My goal isn't to achieve 200m all skills. That's why I am "only" halfway, xp wise, after playing for 9.5 years.

This is 100% your opinion which you are projecting onto others. It should be prefaced with "imo". To add to that, the reality is you need to decide which you want; 200m all skills or to enjoy the game/skills.
If you're goal is 200m all by enjoying the methods, see you in 50 years. (50 years is probably not long enough).

There is no 'worse'. Neither Forsberg or ITrolledU have done anything egregious. They have both simply surveyed the system, and exploited the best legal methods available to get to the top. Which is what you should be doing if you're serious about winning this race. The reason this didn't happen in the past is because we had a decent system where Jagex didn't tolerate this sort of stuff, so players weren't able to do it (for instance, Jagex would have never let someone millions of experience in a skill like slayer effortlessly when most players have to work super hard to get even a small fraction of that in such a prestigious skill - in the past, it would have been instantly nerfed). Well, they changed the system.
The players aren't any worse (on the top of the mountain or the bottom) than they were ever, it's only Jagex that has changed.
So you're telling me that iTrolledU and Spingberg wouldn't be part of the discussion of this thread if Jagex didn't change?!?!
If that wasn't obvious enough already, lol.

With rhino+raf+3% avatar+silverhawk+bxp u can probably get a 4.8m in 30 hours
EDIT- as someone who works for the varrock press herald i was able to quickly track down mr forsberg888 using my sources and I can confirm forsberg888 is at barb. Using an alt to hold his avatar lmfa0

That's the motto of every single top page player, and the motto for most of the high level community. Nothing shocking there. No need to single out Forsberg in particular. He's simply using every resource at his disposal, which is what everyone does.
'Top page players' dish out money like spinberg and dish out more money on alts for exp boosts?
He wouldn't even be the discussion of this thread if he never bought those spins to get him where he is now, who else can I single out?
Post some usernames/screenshots like guy0ne has because I don't believe that this is normal or spread out through all top players.

This thread got boring since all we have to talk about is the bxpscapers and Jake who wont finish for 14 years because he gets like 1m xp a day. It's like woohoo This player got 57,543,432 xp in runecrafting today beating the old 56,432,111 record. FUN!

Most of the moderators here don't even pay attention to the '200m thread', heck they don't even participate in the discussion, with the exception of 'removing posts'.
Its been nearly 8 hours, and not a single moderator has done anything, even when a few bothered (ex:JeRambo) clicking this thread, but didn't take action or post.
You act as if being civil and respectful means having to agree with you and the other idiots here who say 'omg fors is #1, he must be a efficient player' and not point out that spinning is cheating your way to the top, and that cheating should not be merited.
Learn to deal with a view that isn't the same as yours.
