Woah woah woah "a lifetime RuneScape membership".
I had no idea the prize was a lifetime RUneScape membership. Hell, if I knew that then I would have entered the competition my self.

Most celebs are rich and can afford playing games other than RuneScape. I'm sure there are probably some that play RuneScape, but chances are most of them are playing games like Halo 3 and World of Warcraft.

I think you missed the actual faces in that image. Take a look at that small rock above your face. Large nose, eyes, everything. Kind of like those Easter Island heads.

Nope. This weeks update was just an update to the grand exchange website page.
They removed a few categories and did a few adjustments.
I wouldn't really call it much of an improvement, but it's very low key.(They mentioned it in Recent Updates).

I think it might be awesome if another time travel quest was added to the Meeting History questline. Something that allowed us to go to the future and get some future-RuneScape weapons and armour.
Maybe some laser swords. How cool would it be to have a sword that glows?

I would love a boomerang type range weapon that would allow players to attack from a distance yet have the weapon fly back into their hands so it was reusable.
A special attack could have it hit multiple NPC's in one shot.
Oh.....if something like this does exist, let me know as it sounds rad! :thumbsup: =P~

I recall RuneScape players have been trying to get Jagex to add boomerangs for quite a few years now(I think all the way back to early RS2, I don't recall anyone talking about them in Classic).
But I think Boomerangs would be great. Wooden boomerangs, and then metal boomerangs all the way up to the Dragon Boomerang. They would have to be much weaker and slower than halberds though, just so Halberds still have a purpose.
ALSO: Someone said they don't see how rifles could be added.. Well rifles aren't much different than crossbows. They're just much stronger really(Except you probably couldn't poison the bullets or enchant them[silver bullets would be awesome though]). If Final Fantasy games and most fantasy MMORPG's can get away with rifles, then RuneScape can get away with having them too. I'm in favour of rifles AND hand-cannons. Spice up the game a little!

RuneScape has several different weapons, but it still feels like the selection of weapons are very limited.
So my question is, what weapon or weapons would you most like to see added to RuneScape? (Putting stats aside)
I think I'd like to see a Buster/Great Sword(Something massive like that) and perhaps Rifles(Maybe rifles modified to look dwarven). We just don't have any oversized weapons, and I think that would really add to the atmosphere. Rifles would give the game a more fantasy feeling so fewer people would mistake RuneScape for a medieval game.

Don't flatter yourself.
I've seen people with the names "Kill KingX", "BlackKingz", and a few other people with similar names. Even though I have played much longer than them I am certain none of them are "fanboys". With so many people that play RuneScape and so few names to choose from it's likely several names might end up being similar. :lol:
I wouldn't be surprised if there actually were a couple names similar to "Zezima" that are just similar because of a fluke and not because they're fanboys or trying to pretend they're him.

Not a bad quest, think it had a good plot with a decent reward for the time put into completeing it.
[hide=Spoiler]Think its good how they've tied together Slug, Penguin and Red Axe Storylines so this is almost definatly building up to the next Grandmaster Quest that has been mentioned before (in the Dwarf Dev Diaries I think). Hope its on par with WGS[/hide]
The red Axe isn't tied into this.
The dwarves in this quest fractured off from the Red Axe, meaning they weren't a part of it anymore.
The Red Axe plays no part in the penguin series.
Also the connection with the sea slug is very, very loose, actually in the end the connection seems to be going to be "undone" by the KGB.. (altough a twist can still be there where the slugs actual start controlling the penguins, it would make the story very far-stretched).
The captain was under the control of a slug. That's where that connection comes from. What that may mean for the future, I can't say. I'm looking forward to meeting mother Mallum though.
How often do Jagex bring quests lines together without some plan of doing it again in the future?

Its all become woven together like some of the other quests before WGS
I think the Red Axe part was an inside joke.
Note how the dwarves mentioned it was taking forever for the Red Axe to make their move. That seems like Jagex developers poking fun at each other. The penguins Ping and Pong are based off of Jagex employees too I think. Although I could be remembering a quote wrong.. :roll:

The faries look like they're the size of dwarves or possibly larger..
I don't think yellow skin was the best way to go though. I hope they change it.
Love those trees and houses though.
Jagex really needs to find a way to get eyes to look proper too..

It will be about November when you get back.. Green masks will already be going down from the Halloween [bleep]e, but Santa's should start to raise in value. So probably a Santa Hat would be a good idea.

I think this thread should just be locked. From post 1 I could tell it wouldn't go anywhere good.
First the thread is about a subject that many people have very different and downright violent opinions about. On a RuneScape fansite this type of thread will lead to nothing but flame wars.
Second the poster asked what religion people were. Another thing that = Instant flame war.
Just lock this thread before it gets worse than it already is. :roll:

Gay marriage on RuneScape is just silly, you don't actually get married to the prince/princess the wedding is put on hold forever. However either uncensoring the word "gay" or censoring the word "hetero" or "straight"(if used in a certain context) would be a step in the right direction.
You can be transgendered in RuneScape though. Try being a male and wearing some of those dwarf clothes. :lol:

I kinda took "i dont think we can say anything on this matter" to mean that its not gonna happen any time soon.
Except the Chaos Elemental(Who is more informative than any Jagex employee) already told us there will be another desert quest soon.
Asking about whether or not MechScape would reduce the attention RuneScape gets was a wasted question too.. They've already answered that question a hundred times. -.-
