  1. Thanks haha. Definitely lucky.

Think I'm gonna try my luck at corp, haven't been there since before gano.

It's not quy. To figure out probability of two events happening back to back you have to multiply the chances. Chance of any boot at glacors is 1/250, making the chance of getting steads 1/750. Multiply 750*750 = 562,500.

I'm also sure I am one of few who have done this since the release. If not the first, proving that the chance of B2B steads is far from 1/750.

well it depends on what perspective you look at it, any statistician /applied mathematics professor will tell you its the same chance of getting steads once is same as getting them b2b due to the nature of "TRUE RANDOMNESS." But if you ask another mathematics professor in the discipline of algebra/trigonometry/calculus etc... they will tell you its either [the chances of getting a steadfast boots]^2 or [the chances of getting a steadfast boots]X2,

so in a way your both right, it just depends on what perspective you have and which kind of professional you ask :P

Point here is though, if it was chance of steads x2 or just the chance of steads, then I'd have b2b steads 3 times already :P I have not found any evidence/claims of this posted ANYWHERE and I've searched trying to see if anyone has claimed it yet. Leads me to believe I am the first to do it and that it is much more rare than that.

By the way, I use swiftkit, that is swiftkit's adventure log center.

Ehh the chances of getting a pair of steads on kill x+1 GIVEN that you already have gotten one on kill x is the same as chances of getting one on any kill since drops are independent from each other. What quy is saying is that over a large sample on the kills AFTER you already get a pair of steads, roughly 1/750 of the time you will have another pair of steads, and thus, B2B steads.

Okay, cool. The chance is of back to back is still the square of the odds of one pair.

    Very nice drops.

  2. Just got around to posting this, realised I hadnever posted it. Enjoy.

I've never really trained magic, as such, generally I just alched my own bows etc. in small doses.

But more recently, yesterday, I achieved these. They really weren't difficult at all, I found fletching and cooking more so.

The inbetweeners. Should be in chronological order.

I have to this date, not gotten a skill to 99 I didn't not enjoy, thus I do not expect to achieve 99 agility or mining.

  3. People are so [developmentally delayed]ed, flaming everyone these days.

Proclaiming an achievement in a game pointless is the stupidest thing I've ever heard.

Even someone with 18 99s called this a waste, well sure, good luck putting 18 99s on your résumé.

Congratulations on your achievement, must have taken much dedication.

  4. Are you talking about Black dragons?

So you lose 250k cash, but you save alot of time. The problem with them is that they give extremely low xp.

Baby black dragons takes 15-20 minutes, and gives at least 20 hides and bones if you have a tortoise. That's a whole 80k gp for 20 minutes. You get 250k in an hour.

And you get much more xp. Even if you only kill the Green dragons while you're waiting, it's better. If it's not, then you should kill the Green dragons, then.

Of course, these are huge estimations, but you get the point.

Oh, I should have been clearer. I was referring to piety costs.

  5.

Why are Black dragons that bad?

    - I do them and make about 400k in 1,5 hours from them. Which is about the same as you would profit on Abyssals, on an average.

If you're going to suggest piety at almost all times, you really should give an idea of the general cost of piety'ing all the way to 99. As most people will lose alot more money than it's worth. Even at 91 rc, it would be difficult to profit from the time saved.

Black dragons aren't THAT bad, but they are horrid xp-wise. I was considering adding a new section, but they are the worst of the 3 though.

And I think I did add that you should Piety if you GWD/91 RC/Merch. Anything less... well, I might have missed something.

But that's completely wrong exp/cost wise, so you should add how you came to this.

  7. How would it be logic that the armour you're wearing helps in aiming a cannon? Range bonus doesn't affect cannon, level does.

Because, it also SEEMS to help, and if range levels affects a cannon, why shouldn't range bonus.

Because levels are based on experience. Experience would help you manage a cannon. How would your clothing?

    I laughed out loud.

    Why?

You wrote it REDUCES ranged, how is it good for ranging then? ..
