  1. (About the second article) The answer to your first question is simple. And despite your vigour I would argue you are wrong, MMO's do make things more convenient and do follow the trend. They replace real life achievements with in game ones which are comparatively much easier to achieve. It also makes things more accessible, after all, how easy is it for you to complete a quest where you save (or even become) a member of the royal family. The fact is, the escapist world is much more accessible and convenient than the real one. That explains the difficulty that most players on this topic express; that it is difficult to return to the game after a period of absence because they forget why they considered the in game achievements to be on the same scale as real life ones. Therefore the satisfaction and motivation for the in game achievements is gone.

and king_muuuuuu, because most players clearly thought they were throwing the baby out with the bath water, after all a similar affect on crime could be achieved in real life if we implemented an Orwellian government, but (almost) everyone doesn't welcome that idea.

  2. I don't understand this hype about the fraud of the first one, the first poll is now irrelevant because of the new one and was just there to see if anyone bothered. The new one speaks for itself so there is no damage done by the first one, if it was the other way around and 91% didn't want the change then it would have been reflected in the passworded referendum surely? They have properly explained it all with well laid out bullet points and in the longer and more expanded posts they have admitted the big potential drawbacks. Just because an update will bring players back is not a bad thing it just means it is a more widely preferred option. Basically you are complaining that Jagex are asking you what you think. And is not selfish, if anything Jagex were financially impacted by the botters more than the small amount that quit.

  3. through trial and error i tried forcing her to use melee, however she switched to range when my prayer ran out and it happened again. It seems to be that the dialogue comes up but the time it takes for the last arrow to reach me is enough to knock off the dialogue.

  4. In chosen commander where you have to attack zanik i seem to have got stuck and no matter what i try the dialogue disappears very quickly because she hits me again and if YOU attack her again it doesnt even appear.

    HELP!

oh and she doesnt attack me unless i leave and come back again

  5. I don't support the hp idea, now the movement one I do

HP: Would it make any difference? I mean, you get 10 hp per level instead of 1, u can hit 10s instead of 1, what's the difference? a 0?? or you could also hit 12-13 and that instead of 1, that's interesting but I think I'll stay with the current hp

yeah but what im trying to say is that if you have 10 times the hp you can implement spells better like damage over time maybe a 1 would be too much but a 5 (0.5) would be more fitting, also you would be able to see a clear difference in your hits each level.

Also it would be easier to implement the gear giving hp idea as you cant have a bit of gear better than another by 1 hp per level or by level 99 you would get a LOAD of hp.

and yes it would make things more interesting

  6. Ruined because you can't afford 99 summoning? Sorry but I don't see that as ruining a skill for everybody. Besides, no one knows how summoning looks like in 1 month from now, or 2 months from now. Half the monsters in summoning will be released in February, remember? I don't suppose you expected to get 99 in a months period of time?

Herblaw is soon 6 year old skill, look how FEW have 99 compared to amount of players.

Umm, I can't afford? I got a Red Partyhat + 40M cash, but that has not something to do with this.

I just can't stand that I can train Cs 99 for the same money as Summoning lvl 80, and without all the hassle for Charms.

And why release a skill when 90% of the Rs population even can't afford lvl 60?

definately summoning is far too expensive and it isnt even that good, cmon your 10k pet disappears every time you try to do something.

its no use in cwars, who wants to take 27 puches in your invent just to have a level 17 hit 3 on someone.

to make it better they need a thing where you can like suspend your pet while you go through the places that are summon free. also when you die in cwars it should auto revive your pet and maybe even put an obilisk in there, really make it overpowered i dont care atleast dont make an unused skill

  7. actually it can be a good spot, I beleive that the Seer will transport your invent to your bank if you talk to him, not sure if he does this after Fremmy Trials, but it was a shot

yeah hes all the way past the market. its really far away

  8. yeah but tbh it hasnt always been the cheapest way to get 99 magic and jagex said they will change prices so maybe thet will help

We have to hold our hands up and admit that a handful of starting prices were a little off. It was a huge task to get 15,000+ items valued correctly and some slipped through the net. WeÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢re on the case, though, as we have already formed a team to manage the Grand Exchange!

As well as getting the starting price right, this team will regularly check prices on an ongoing basis, making sure that they naturally and accurately represent the current state of the player economy. Of course, they wonÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t be alone, as YOU will be there to help them! A new sticky thread, centred on the Grand Exchange, will be available to highlight any concerns you have about prices and marketplace matters, while a new web page is already in the works which will allow you to track item prices over a long period of time.

yeah also what the person before me said, they should nerf alching and make combat spells better and cheaper. atleast then it would make more sense

  9. yeah but the majority of the censored words comes from the mouths of the younger ones. i dont think its about people say like aww this lolly sucks or that thing is crap its more when someone directs it at you. im not saying i get offended but i can see the potential.

if you want to hear the most pottiest mouths of this world just visit a school playground
