  1. I cannot complete the Waterfall Quest. I keep getting flooded out when I use the amulet on the statue. I have already out the runes on the pillars. I cannot figure out what I am missing. Any help would be appreciated.
  2. Awesome quest! What with this and Zaros on his way back in, I think we may be seeing some epic quest on the way! [hide=Spoilers] The heroes vs Lucien was unspeakably awesome. I bought elite black armor as opposed to getting the drops. Sped that part up considerably. I killed the Balance Elemental with less than 20 crossbow shots of dragonstone (e) bolts. Only once did the special fire. I think I ate three times? Considering the stats that are different between 102 combat and where I was at 89 (namely, summoning levels), I could have done it at 89. I failed massively at prayer swap. I misread his attacks. I think I basically fought without prayer the entire time. And to think I was worried. [/hide] I used all of the XP on summoning, which took me from 66 to 72 (and 102 combat)! (2114-2119)
  3. These gave me 94, 95, 96, 97, and 98 combat. I went from 30 to 38 solely on XP lamps from quests that I had banked. Then, I was able to go from 40 to 42 with Achivement diary lamps! For some reason though, I'm short 10 Kudos in the museum. Bah. Then I was able to do:
  4. TMHT March 2016 Event day #2 This event day may be a little scary... But I'm sure everyone here likes to hang out with the undead sometimes, right? So, these are the schedule plans for our second event day. Feel free to join all of them if you like. Time and Date Date: Friday, 25th March 2016Time: 16:00/4PM GMT (UK Time) (In-game time).Other Time Zones: GMT (Greenwich Mean Time): 16:00/4PM Friday, 25th March 2016CET (Central European Time): 17:00/5PM Friday, 25th March 2016ACT (Australia Central Time): 01:00/1AM Saturday, 26th March 2016PST (US & Canada Pacific Standard Time): 09:00/9AM Friday, 25th March 2016MST (US & Canada Mountain Standard Time): 10:00/10AM Friday, 25th March 2016CST (US & Canada Central Standard Time): 11:00/11AM Friday, 25th March 2016EST (US & Canada Eastern Standard Time): 12:00/12AM Friday, 25th March 2016[pending]pin_1458921600[/pending] Friend Chat Comeback, you need to type in Hokuspokus (the FC's creator) to join. 16:00/4PM GMT (UK Time) (In-game time): -Guidance to the Tarn's Lair mini-quest; This allows you to unlock the enhanced version of the Salve Amulet from the Haunted Mine quest; Salve Amulet (e). This amulet grants you additional combat bonuses when fighting undead monsters. -Note that you must have completed the Haunted Mine quest to have access to the enhanced version of the amulet. -This may be a little complex to explain, but assuming nothing has changed, you can also check the respective miniquest guide for the Salve Amulet (e): http://www.tip.it/runescape/pages/view/tarns_lair.htm-This is somewhat dangerous, depending on your combat level. So don't bring anything you're not willing to lose.-The amulet is also useful for our next event of the day.-You will unlock a place where you can fight Terror dogs (8 spawns). These creatures are slayer monsters and can also be received as a slayer task.-We will meet at Canifis pub. 17:30/5:30PM GMT (UK Time) (In-game time): -Having fun together in the Shades of Mort'ton minigame. This is purely for fun, since although fighting is involved, the actual combat is pretty straightforward. There are some experience and item rewards that make this activity more attracting. All you really need here is teamwork. :^_^: -Note that you must have completed the Shades of Mort'ton quest to have access to this minigame: http://www.tip.it/runescape/quests/view/78-shades-of-mortton -Please make sure to check the minigame guide (1st link, not to be confused with the 2nd, quest link). There's a lot of useful information you may want to know before heading to the minigame. -We will meet at Canifis pub. Anyone is welcome, so feel free to pop by for some fun in Morytania! :) PS. Remember to check your clocks! Spring is nearby and not sure when they are going to move the time by +1. In addition, there's more information about this month's other events coming soon.
  5. The part of the "Hero's Welcome" guide saying you will fight an adamant dragon is wrong; I know this for a fact as I fought a mithril one when I did that section of the quest. I think the stats were pretty much the same as the mithril dragons in the main part of the dungeon.....
  6. Hi there! I am looking for a few experienced founders for the best clan in the world. Why the best clan? Well, because I am Anthony...and I am awesome. On a serious note, I am looking for a few players, preferably with experience in running a clan. I believe that a clan should not have very high requirements, as that will only limit the potential number of members we could have. 7. Welcome to my blog! I'm Dann. I love most games and runescape happened to be one of the ones I've stuck with and for the longest time. I made my first account in runescape classic but didn't get that far and ended up quiting / forgetting about the game. I started again in 2005 after a irl friend showed the game to me and played nearly daily since. I had another blog on here but I no longer have access to the account. I was only able to login on one browser because I don't know the password and I can't use that email. It got hacked. The tip.it account got locked out and it won't let me login on even that browser. It was easier to just make this account and start fresh. I'll just list and show pics of my current goals and major achievements to keep this more clean Ocean Breeze [rs3](maxing)-skills left: 92/99 strength 98/99 herblore 93/99 fishing (saving for invention) 88/99 range 86/99 thieving 97/99 prayer 95/99 fletching 84/99 farming 95/99 construction 91/99 hunter 96/99 summoning 29/99 invention My main-Acapnotic: 106/120 invention. 77/99 wc on osrs RiskyReward (my ultimate aka no bank ironman): currently no real goals but I have been fishing a lot lately and cooking mainly to avoid making battlestaves :P edit: i'm going to make battlestaves when I feel like it. I started making cosmics. going to make some natures/laws and then astrals for 59 runecrafting so I can do double cosmics .Takes long enough as a uim but worse without double. 91/99 fishing 94/99 cooking 50/59+ runecrafting 75/80 agility 66/85 crafting

I don't do much but I try to be as self-sufficient as possible, and have minimal interaction with other players. Started out as a DIYer but sometimes people leave stuff on the ground, and I may have picked up 1 or 2 things. However I still do not plan on buying things from players. 11. Going to keep this short and simple. I've quit RS to play on the 2007 servers. I don't find the eoc servers fun anymore so that's it, I wont be going on the eoc ever again. Going to keep this blog updated daily and not ditch it like I ended up doing with my eoc blog. 14. Hey guys, For starters I can't attach a file, I'm new here. I don't know where it is; but I'm needing help on this ancient scale puzzle, firstly where is the attachment file?
  15. Hey, I did Ritual of the Mahjarrat sometime ago, and I found little problems on the guide. -> " Ritual of the Mahjarrat Overall Difficulty: Grandmaster Requirements: Hard Length: Short " - This quest is not short -.- "Long" might be right ~~Crew edit: Done. -> (9) "Now continue west, and then go north until you can see the cave from The Tale of the Muspah, and tie your rope to the tree here. (photo). You can now use this as a shortcut." - The tree's name is 'overhanging tree' ;) (But now with the rope attached on it, it is called now like the some of the others there: 'snow-covered tree'. Perhaps it changed by an update) -> (9) "Stop when the Ritual stone is to your east, and use a beacon on the large deadtree there. (...) Make your way south past the Ritual stone and hide Arrav's heart in the rocks near it." - Ritual stone is officially called "Ritual Marker";~~Crew edit: Done. -> (10) "Once inside Zemouregal's Fortress, search the crate in the lobby room to find another code key, this time for the storeroom to the west. Now open the storeroom door using the same method as before. Search a crate in the storeroom to get some notes and the code key for the reliquary." - You get the notes and the key in the room north of storeroom, not in it. That crate's spot is in NE of the lobby, though; -> (12) " When he spawns Bouncer, it will start to do consistent damage that you cannot protect against. Either lure and trap the dog behind a tree to get him stuck, or lure the dog over to Wahisietel and he will kill it in just one hit." - It's not clear that the dog will appear over and over. I got surprised when I saw it a second time, since I thought it would appear just once. -> Reward " 3,000 Prayer xp if you can find Arrav on the ritual plateau." - Arrav's location is north of the ritual place, just south of Ghorrock fortress. Hugs (:

  18. Not sure if this is where this belongs, but I'm putting it here anyway in the hopes that Tip.It will add it to the Quest Guide: "Ritual of the Mahjarrat" - This for the beginning of the quest, whilst moving from tree to tree on Mos Le'Harmless. If you have a dragonfire shield equipped and you get hit by a fireball from the east, it will knock you out as usual. However, if you've used any charges from the shield, the fireball will also add a charge to the shield as well! - I discovered this purely by accident! I stepped on the wrong spot and was apparently in the open and got hit while wearing my dragonfire shield. As I came to back in the town, I heard the sound that the shield makes when it gains a charge, and the message "Your dragonfire shield glows more brightly" appeared in the chat box. Thanx, Havik
  19. "Damnation seize my soul if I give you quarter, or take any from you!" - Captain Blackbeard ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~The few survivors make it to shore~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Whether it's been hours or days since the battle, you can't really tell. Slowly, one violent coughing fit or ragged breath at a time, the sea water begins to vacate your lungs and the memories begin to return to you. Yes, there must've been a battle. The blood stains on your sopping wet clothing can attest to that. Through one way or another, you've made it from the battered remains of the sinking ship to land and now it's time for rest. Your mind begins to wander in sleep... Captain Frega's ship was the most feared vessel known in the Inner Sea region. Its complement consisted of 250 experienced and fearsome pirates, as well as nearly fifty siege weapons, including twenty "dragon cannon" smuggled from distant lands. Captain Frega had terrorized the region for nearly three hundred years and was featured in local legend; his frequent raids on towns even up to ten miles inland made sure that those legends would never die. Nor did he die; one of the secrets that he trusted only to his crew was that he was actually a lich, something that granted him eternal life and allowed him to safely navigate the eye of Abendego, a massive permanent hurricane that only the greatest of sailors have ever survived. He had attracted the attention of powerful adventurers and archmages that sought to end his terror through epic campaigns, but he always returned, with a new ship and a new crew. Although dissuaded by the high mortality rate and the fact that the employer was an undead monstrosity, for one reason or another, you were accepted and joined his crew (already an achievement) and served under him in some capacity, although given the crew's massive size and experience, it was unlikely that you made it far up the ladder. The ship's success once again attracted the attention of lawful authorities and an entire fleet was dispatched to deal with the problem. The ship hid in the region's natural coves and ports, but with the help of other pirate captains that sought amnesty from the authorities or were jealous of Captain Frega's success, the fleet found and chased the ship into the open ocean, where in a fierce naval battle, Captain Frega's ship was destroyed. Not once did the fleet attempt to grapple or board the ship, so fearful they were of fighting the legendary pirates in hand to hand combat. The fleet scoured the waters for survivors and killed them before returning home. Except, you did not suffer death, but something much worse for a pirate. Poverty. The fine clothes and fine wine and fine women (or men) seem like a distant memory now. Instead, the only thing that you wear are bloody rags, the only thing you've had too much to drink of is sea water, and the only thing getting in your pants is sand. Out further along the beach, someone is waving to you. Could it be...another survivor? You stumble your way towards them. ----- Hopefully that provided enough background information for the most part. This campaign is set in the inner sea region and part of the Arcadian sea. Further details can be found on the Pathfinder wiki or by asking me. The general cultures are the same as in the Golarion setting, but the actual area that this takes place is my own creation. Creation Rules: Level 6 1st party Pathfinder SRD sources + Dreamscarred Press Psionics allowed (case by case for other things) 1 bonus skill point per level to be put into either swim or survival skill 25 point buy 2 hero points It would also be cool to add backstory, to help me and others to get to know your character better. Some possible questions that you might answer: Where did you come from and how did you end up with Captain Frega? What position on the ship did you hold/what was your role? How did you manage to survive and get to land? And any other information that you'd like to add, but I'm sure that we will get to experience your character's personality first hand once we start. The only thing is that you are PIRATES. Given that, it is probably not wise to attempt and play a paladin, as you will probably lose your powers pretty soon from looting and pillaging (or letting others pillage while you stand by and do nothing to stop them). Also, if you would like to play an unusual or hated race, that is fine by me. It may poison your interactions, but you are already murderers and that will probably lead to some prejudice already. In a society where strength is the only thing that counts, maybe it wouldn't be as much of an issue to be an orc. Also, the captain was an undead monstrosity, so you're probably in the clear there.
  20. Ariane Quest Double Bill We're proud to present two fully voice-acted quests featuring the adventuring enchantress Ariane: one for free players and members, replacing the old Rune Mysteries quest, and an all-new quest for members. If you like your quests full of magic and discovery, and your heroines as erudite as they are headstrong, read on. Rune Mysteries (free to play) Ariane's had premonitions ever since she was a child, but lately her visions have shown her just one thing: the Wizards' Tower - her former home and place of study - in flames. Sure enough, there are already magical creatures manifesting and attacking the wizards, and Ariane's convinced that Archmage Sedridor's plan to purge the tower will trigger the disaster she foresees. Ariane's banned from entering the Wizards' Tower, so she needs your help to open the archmage's eyes to the truth. You'll delve deep into the ruins of the very first Wizards' Tower, which was once home to four distinct orders: the serene Blue Wizards; the wise Green Wizards; the free-thinking Red Wizards and the analytical Grey Wizards. You'll need to solve the puzzle of how to enter, and decide what sort of mage you are to unlock the old tower's secrets and save the new one from its fiery fate. Rewards include a magical staff that's handy for low-level mages, as well as a unique wizard's hat and title, both of which reflect the magical order you aligned yourself with in the old tower (you'll have the opportunity to change this, if you wish). How to start Rune Mysteries: Speak to Ariane in the lobby of the Wizards' Tower. Requirements: None. Rune Memories (members only) At the end of Rune Mysteries, Ariane found herself in a bit of a bind, and now she needs your help once more. You'll fully explore the arcane ruins beneath the Wizards' Tower and experience - through the memories of its former inhabitants - the clashes of magical ideals that led to the old tower's downfall. Dig deep enough and put together the pieces of this ancient puzzle, and you'll have all you need to free Ariane and avert the disaster once and for all. Rewards for this members-only quest include a full set of magical robes to accompany the last quest's hat, as well as access to Archmage Sedridor's personal rune essence chest, which will grant you rune essence every time you level up in Runecrafting. This is applied retroactively if you've already levelled the skill, and by 99 you'll have received a mighty 24,750 essence in total! Those of you with very high Magic, Prayer and Runecrafting will find further, hidden rewards - ask around the tower once the quest's complete. How to start Rune Memories: Speak to Ariane in the ruins beneath the Wizards' Tower. Requirements: You must be a RuneScape member. Rune Mysteries 14 free inventory spaces. 21. Hi, I am wartec. I am here to introduce myself and respond only to questions on based on this same topic and the tags I manually added. We all should already know the rules. I say this only to give a suggested added criteria for the questions that might me asked as follows: There is no such thing as a stupid question. Yet there is such a thing as an offensive question I will ignore any and all questions I deem offensive by simply not answering them. Otherwise all standard rules outlined by the staff of tip.it is enforced without any effort on my part so Lets begin. I simply hope for the best.
  22. Doing Shield of Arrav and then Heroes, and need a Black Arm member. My RSN is kdb150.
  23. This is a work in progress and is not yet finished! Version 1.0.2 beta Hello, This is a quest guide for the 'Bringing Home The Bacon', a quest released for members-only. ----- ----- ----- Quest Start Talk to Eli Bacon located at the farm, north of Port Sarim Requirements Skills: 14 Construction, 14 Summoning, 14 Farming Items 5 Wheat and 5 Onions (can be obtained during the quest at nearby locations) Suggested Items Teleport runes to Varrock, Falador, Ardougne and Draynor Village (use of Lodestones will work perfectly though). NPCs: Eli Bacon, Martin the Master Gardener, Pickpockets (Andy, Bert, Chris, Dan, Edd) ----- ----- ----- WALKTHROUGH 1. To start the quest, talk to Eli Bacon at the farm which is located north of Port Sarim. 1.1. He will tell you that he has discovered a new type of meat, better than any other in the whole of Runescape! 1.2. He's devised a plan to make the self titled meat (Bacon) popular with the locals and to do this you need to produce more pigs! 2. Half way through talking to Eli, you'll get a cutscene where some locals have discovered the new meat and have now turned crazy and want more of it. They'll enter the section of the farm and begin to eat the pigs (oh no!). 2.1 Eli will tell you that he needs to get the pigs to a safe place and that the locals will need to be distracted. He'll give you some supplies to make some wooden pigs and will also give you a pile of Bacon. He'll tell you to create the wooden pigs and place Bacon on them whilst he takes escorts the pigs to safety. 3. Once your conversation with Eli finishes, you need to create the wooden pigs. There are three pigs to build and there will be three already constructed foundations in the middle of the pig pen. Click on the first wooden pig to begin to properly build it. Then use your Bacon pile on it and the locals will then turn to the wooden pig instead. Build all three wooden pigs and keep adding Bacon to eat pig once the locals eat it all and then turn round to go eat the real pigs. 3.1 Keep repeating the same process of adding Bacon until all six (real) pigs have been led away safely. 4. Once all pigs have been led away safely, you'll need to go down into the cellar which is located in the south-east corner of the small pen that you're in already. Go down there and talk to Eli in the middle of the cellar. 4.1 Eli will tell you that you need to get a pig from Martin the Master Gardener in Draynor and train it up. 5. Go to the Draynor Village market and talk to Martin, he's the NPC with the green 99 Farming Cape. 5.1 Talk to him and ask him for a pig. He will say that you can have a pig as long as you complete a small job for him. 5.2 He asks you to interrogate the thieves just north-west of the pig pen in the marketplace to find out which one has been stealing from him. To do this you'll need to talk to all five thieves. Take note of what they say and work out which one it was. (Author note: the thief was 'Pickpocket Dan', may differ per player - need verification) 6. Once you've decided who the pickpocket was, talk to Martin again and a cutscene will begin. 6.1 Martin will say that he doesn't want you to kill the thief, but just hurt him to teach him a lesson. 6.2 After some dialogue the camera angle will move to focus on a pig and admire the animal whilst you beat up the thief. 6.3 Once the cutscene has ended and your character has beaten up the thief, Martin will give you the pig. 7. Head back to Eli again and talk with him. He'll tell you to begin work on a machine that will train the pig. 7.1 He'll ask you to work on the machine and give you some oak planks, steel bars and iron nails. 8. Walk over to the machine and select the 'Build' option to begin fixing the machine. Once you've done that, he'll tell you to go and get some wheat to use as food for the pig whilst he trains it. 9. Go to the wheat field which is east of Draynor Village (just north of the small prison which is slightly north-east of the Draynor VIllage bank). Pick five pieces of wheat and return to Eli at the farm. 10. Go into the cellar and speak to Eli again and he says that he needs you to properly clear out the locals in the farm addicted to Bacon. To do this you'll need to send them to sleep. 10.1 Eli will give you some Bacon again and now a potion that will put the locals to sleep for a while. 11. Go back on the farm and add some Bacon to the wooden pigs from earlier in the quest. The use the sleeping potion on the wooden pigs as well. 11.1 Keep repeating this process on all three wooden pigs to make the locals fall asleep. 12. Once you've finished, talk to Eli once again and he will tell you that the locals will fall asleep soon enough, but until then you need to go and get some onions as he's sure that will keep them away for good. 13. You now need to get 5 onions which can be picked from the small field in Rimmington which is west of Port Sarim. 14. Once you've picked 5 onions (don't eat them!), go and talk to Eli again. 15. Eli will be impressed with the pig you've managed to train and now tell you to show it off around a few towns and cities. 15.1 Eli will give you a list of four places you need to go. He'll give you the pig and the list and you need to then show off the pig to everyone! 16. Read the list and choose which place to go. It doesn't matter what order you visit the places. Varrock - You need to go to the centre of Varrock (where the fountain is). Falador - You need to go to the centre of Falador (where the statue and guards are). Ardougne - You need to go to the Ardougne marketplace. Draynor Village - You need to go to the Draynor Village marketplace (where you met Martin). Note: Each location will have a blue square to outline exactly where you need to go on the mini map if you happen to get lost. 17. As you enter each location, a small cutscene will follow of you showing off your pig to people. It's very short. 18. Once you've shown off your pig in each of the 4 locations, return to Eli again! 19. Speak to Eli and he will thank you for what you've done and tell you that the demand for pigs has risen! 20. Quest complete! ----- ----- ----- Rewards 1 Quest Point 350XP for Construction 350XP for Summoning 350XP for Farming Your very own Pig Pet! 24. Hi, I started the Icthlarin's Little Helper quest some time ago and I've decided to go back to it. However I can't retrace my steps because the NPC that I've spoke to (and already given items to) has disappeared and isn't at the quest start. I was wondering how I'm suppose to continue the quest? Thanks! :)
  25. HOWDY Big words eh? Well this is going to follow the adventures on my other account that I've done a little scaping on here and there as a DIY. My super long goal on him would be to get 99 Slayer as a DIY. Slayer is the skill I've enjoyed the most on Runescape, so why not do it again? [spoiler=Little about Me]Howdy! My name is Zach, I'm 19 and a senior in High School with like 15 days till I graduate. I've played RS for a long time now, no real idea when I started, everything has blurred together lol. My main account is Hyoro, who is currently working towards max and just recently hit 2300 totals. Currently I am looking at Secondary Education, specifically High School education. Either as an Engineering(My High School has a four year program where you take some core classes and then specific ones, like I took Digital Electronics as my 3rd year class), English, Biology, Earth & Space, Latin, or US History Teacher. I love all of those subjects and I haven't decided which I'd like to teach the most. Now since I am a DIY I do have some rules to follow; 1. No GE 2. No trading with other players except for Shield and Heroes. 3. I can use Shops 4. Distractions and Diversions are allowed, not doing Warbands(tempting for Herb/Farm lol) 5. DG has no clear limits imo. As of now I solo but I've done a sinkhole. If anything, I cannot have anyone make anything for me in a DG. I have to make my own weapons/armor for binds. 6.
