I've noticed that the While Guthix Sleeps quest guide didn't mention the Ouroboros pouch reward item from Temple Trekking, but I have it and it's set to my toolbelt while I was working on this quest. It seems the Ouroboros does have an interesting affect on the quest, and you guys can try it out to verify this, but if you have the Ouroboros on you like I do when you're in the Chasm of Tears temple with the spirit druids, the 6 Druid Pouches you find will have infinite uses drawing its charges from the Ouroboros instead, meaning you'll have no need to cast bloom even once. Because of this I felt like going ahead and releasing every single Druid Spirit in the temple. Verify it if you wish, but I believe it's a simple replication process.

I really haven't been using this feature of TIF. Looking back at my past entries...wow, so much has changed since then. It's both comforting and discomforting at the same time. Kinda hard to explain. So I've been starting to make a few video blogs to record and share my experiences in RS since I came back from quiting (that didn't last very long did it?). So, I did Blood Runs Deep yesterday, and there were issues with the dagannoths. First: "21. Continue walking south through the passage and kill the two Dagannoth Sentinels (level 193) guarding the Lair's entrance. Extreme caution is advised, as the two sentinels are high-level, can use all three combat styles, and will heal one another occasionally. Use Balmung to attack them alternately (switch after every two attacks or so). If you only focus on one sentinel, the other will heal it too quickly for the sentinel to be killed..." I really tried to do that, but it wasn't working, so I thought " I'll try to attack only one first, it's not working anyways..." And then I killed him :mellow: Then I'd turn to the other one and killed him too. And both didn't heal each others. "24 (...) To defeat her, as with the previous Dagannoth Mother in Horror from the Deep, you must attack her with a certain form of attack based on the colour of her hide. Make sure you have all the attack styles listed below, as she might stick to just two colours when she doesn't take damage. Otherwise, she'll alternate between seven different colours, so you must pay close attention to ensure that you continue to deal damage. Below are the various colours she'll turn (they appear in your chat window) and the corresponding attacks you should use..." She didn't change colours :mellow: She was grey for the entire fight. Then I just fought her with melee... I didn't even eat. Hey, im at the part where you gotta do a math problem... I get this problem I translated this to: 5 + 19 - 2 - 2, which equals 20, but when I type in 20 it says its incorrect! :o am I reading the numbers wrong or something? Please help!

Quest Corrections Tip.it aims to provide 100% accurate information, and your feedback and submissions help in achieving this. This is particularly important for quests, as they can only be completed once on each account. This means that once a crew member has completed a quest, we are unable to confirm the submissions ourselves. This is where you, the tip.it user, can help. If you see something that needs improving, correcting or updating, post a thread here letting us know about it. Also, if you see someone's submission, and haven't done the quest yet yourself, check out what they said and see if you can provide screenshot confirmation for it. Both submitters and confirmers are gratefully credited in the guide! How to Help As mentioned above, screenshot evidence of submissions is so important as it allows us to quickly make changes to the quest guides. There are no formatting requirements for confirmation pictures, as long as we are able to see the proof. For help with uploading images check out this thread. When following a quest guide, submissions may include things such as the following: Parts of a quest that have been changed due to a game update. Parts of the guide which may be unclear or confusing. Better methods for a certain part of a quest. Correcting any mistakes that may appear in the guide. Items that are no longer needed since they are already in your toolbelt (some items are still needed, some aren't). Parts of a quest where lodestone use would be convenient. Images in the guide which need updating (see next part of this post). The above is not an exhaustive list, and all submissions won't necessarily fall into one of the above categories. Updating Images The quest guides on tip.it include images which can sometimes become outdated due to graphical updates. Whenever possible, these images are updated to reflect the newest graphics available in the game. Submissions regarding updated images are appreciated, as once a quest is done it cannot be redone to retake certain pictures. Images submitted to be used in quest guides should be taken on the highest detail graphical settings: maximum brightness, 4x anti-aliasing, textures on, etc. Images used in quest guides must be saved in a .png format. They should also not have other players in them wherever possible. Thank You! After reading a few of the other DIY G&A's I decided to make one of my own. I made the account on the 6th of February 2013. In your guide in the section about Melzar's maze it reads: "If you die in the maze, you can talk to Oziach again about the first map piece to get another key and try again." It should be the Guildmaster and not Oziach.

Hey, found an interesting bug in the legends quest that might be worth noting. If you use a drop trick to obtain multiple dark daggers, and then use one to kill the ghost to get a glowing dagger, you can not continue with the quest with the dark dagger in your inventory. Even with the glowing dagger as well, Zekin will not allow you to continue. This is the message you get: image is not showing up for me, here's the link: http://gyazo.com/c69...160ff2bccf360ed You must drop the dark dagger before he will accept the glowing one.

I decided to make another topic for my 2007scape adventures so my older blog won't get too cluttered. I won't stop playing on the modern servers, this is just a side project :P My DIY rules are the same as always: - no trading (except for two quests, Shield of Arrav and Heroes' Quest) - all monsters must be soloed - no multiplayer minigames Current goals: 60 attack Monkey Madness 1000 total -
ok so I don't know if people already know this, but I tried searching on google and found no such suggestion. It's regarding the god-awful maze and a slight improvement to trying to dodge the guards. If you're finding it hard to figure out how to dodge the guards, you can click directly on "search goutweed" inside the storeroom, and each time the guards throw you out you will walk back in by yourself, without clicking search again. You will keep doing this until you finally get the goutweed. Ofcourse you'll have to keep a lookout for hp and run energy. But if you're high enough level you won't need to. I personally got frustrated to the point of trying to find invisibility potions in Runescape. Failing at that, i just randomly started walking inside without looking at where the guards were. One step ahead of that i clicked on "search goutweed" and ta-da! i didn't have to click and click anymore. i switched tabs for a minute, went back to RS tab and i was standing at the end with the goutweed in my inventory! After 10 mins of failed attempts and fruitless search for guides, this seemed like heaven. You can put this in the tips and tricks section for people like me, right underneath "people who enjoyed dodging the guards" tip :P Thanks.

Hey guys ! I just tried to start Fairy Tale - Part I by talking to Martin the master gardener. Strangly, I couldn't start the quest, so I opened my noticeboard to check what was going on. In the quest requirements, it shows that I didn't complete Lost City quest. However, I did a long time ago... If anybody knows what I should do, or what is the problem, please tell me ! :)

Hello team Tip.it! I was doing the Diamond in the Rough quest, and the 4th part in the quest guide, where we have to obtain the heaviest weight from the Het scales, we don't have to attempt the scaling again as we have already done the scaling of the Het scales in the prerequisite quest "Stolen Hearts". So instead of writing how to scale the weights, we just have to click on the Het scales to automatically obtain the item "Heavy weight". That's all... Thanks! Muharib.
