~~~PvM Partners 'Drop from every Boss' Goal~~~ Xaxa's Adventurer's Log Ball Pit's Adventurer's Log Hey there guys, the aim of this blog is to keep track of mine and my PvM partner Ball Pit's progress on our goal towards achieving every single big drop from every boss monster. We will update the thread on a regular basis, posting screenshots of acquired loot, alongside our PvM tabs on the way to get said loot, and the cash we gain from each tab. PvM is our favourite way to make cash, but the eoc has completely changed how PvM works, the aim of this blog is not only to get one of each drop, but also to adapt to the new system and eventually be able to do accomplished monster killing such as Nex duos/solos and duo Kalphite King. Both of us are completely maxed in terms of combat stats and have access to mid-high levelled gear, so for this reason this blog will have no tracker of xp gained or progress to 99s etc, it is purely for drops and cash gained. The bosses we are targeting for now are QBD, Glacors, Tormented Demons, General Graardor, Kree'Arra, K'ril Tsutsaroth, Commander Zilyana, Kalphite Queen and Dagannoth Kings. These are our choices for now as they either are personal favourites, or provide a decent amount of cash per hour/investment. We will be providing screenshots as available of each big drop, as well as a regular tracker of our loots before we sell them so that it is clear to see how much we have made from this log. I've been killing Moss Giants, Fire Giants, Black Demons, and Greater Demons. And i have yet to get any blueprints for any starfire weapon. Anyone help? i need to know whats best to kill

And I came across a box full of various staff only items I had acquired during my time at Jagex. I was going to just throw them away, when it dawned on me that to some people these may be collectable or a piece of the game they love. I encountered many people from the community during my time there that would have loved such an item. So....... after some consideration and speaking to some HLP etc. I decided to come here. I've finally managed to snare a Sceptre of the Gods & am now going to try to get a piece (or pieces) of Black Ibis. Is the general consensus to just thieve as many urns from room 1 until your time runs our, or shall I still rush to 2nd last room & then do all the urns from here? I guess what I'm asking is are the Ibis pieces more likely from the higher level rooms?

For the past week I've been grinding Dungeoneering floors for a few hours each day trying to get this drop (it's the last journal I need and I don't care about getting any actual dg levels anymore, so I decided why not). Wikia says that it should drop from monsters and bosses every 6 floors (that would put it at floors 25-30), an older RSOF thread said every 4 or low Furnished floors (so that would be 17-20; I didn't add these to my rotation until a few days ago). To make it faster, two days ago I started C1'ing the floors, but still no luck. My fear is that I'm doing the wrong floors (given the varying information) and wasting a ton of time. If someone happens to remember the specific floor they got it on I would love that information so I can grind that single floor over and over with confidence that it'll eventually drop. EDIT: For any future people that stumble upon this... I gave up after a few more hours. I feel like the most unlucky person in the world and didn't want to spend another 100 hours (yes, I literally wasted this much time just trying to get this one page) without the guarantee of getting the drop. I wish you better luck than I had....

TMHT March 2016 Plans Hi there! First of, I want to inform that a Kalphite King event wont be possible anytime soon. We require more people to practice with and they must have a minimal tier 70 gear. So if you feel up for it, please contact me or any of the other TMHT members. Once the training is complete and the dedicated team feels confident enough, we will be able to expand our variation of events we have to offer. Anyhow, I hope you have enjoyed our events so far. I have some ideas planned out for the next month so make sure to take a look in case you find something for you! ;) In the next month, March, we will be focusing low-medium levels (assuming no one else is hosting). There will be at least 2 events which consist of one of the following: -Giant Mole. -Kalphite Queen. -King Black Dragon. -Barrows Brothers guidance; Give it a try if you've never been running Barrows runs, but interested in doing it.* -Fight Caves guidance; By completing the Fight Caves, you are awarded the Fire Cape. Note that this is a very long fight and requires patience overall.* -Guidance to the Hunt For Surok mini-quest; This unlocks Bork, he's a quest boss monster whom you can fight once per day.* -Guidance to the Mogre mini-quest; This unlocks Mogres as a possible slayer task for you, yes there are "ogres" living in the sea. In addition you are able to unlock the crab pet via this mini-quest.* *This is personal combat, which means this can't be completed in teams, however it's possible to assist others by giving information & tips. -Guidance to the Tarn's Lair mini-quest; This allows you to unlock the enhanced version of the Salve Amulet from the Haunted Mine quest; Salve Amulet (e). This amulet grants you additional combat bonuses when fighting undead monsters. -Having fun together in the Shades of Mort'ton minigame. This is purely for fun, since although fighting is involved, the actual combat is pretty straightforward. There are some experience and item rewards that make this activity more attracting. All you need here is teamwork. :) -Introduction to the Dominion Tower; This tower consists of quest boss monsters. Doing activities in the Dominion Tower is highly suggested, since it awards players with items that are useful against both quest & non-quest bosses. ** -Introduction to the Soul Reaper task system; If you are interested in fighting boss monsters, then you'll definitely want to check out what Death has to offer for you. Inventory, Equipment & Tips Bring at least level 60 armour/weaponry equipment with you, enough food (at least swordfish), potions etc.According to my experience (about 3 years ago) this boss doesn't hit too hard, but she is quite accurate with her attacks. So don't underestimate her since she will stab through your heart at a steady pace. If you have completed the Rum Deal quest; I strongly suggest bringing the Holy Wrench along with you since it can be equipped in the pocket slot and therefore it wont be using an inventory space of yours. The Holy Wrench allows you to gain additional prayer points when drinking prayer related potions. Remember, we are on a holy mission this time, so we have to fight holy power with holy power! O:) In addition, if you have the Shard of Zaros from the Fate of the Gods quest, it will grant you a passive immunity -The NPCs wont be aggressive towards you- from all the 5 GWD factions; Armadyl, Bandos, Saradomin, Zamorak & Zaros. (The only exceptions are the NPCs in each of the respective boss rooms). Note that: You must have the shard equipped in the pocket slot for it to work. Those of you who are experienced with the Dominion Tower are recommended to bring your dreadnips and dominion markers with you; -The dreadnips deal extra damage & can poison the target. They can also stun certain bosses (Not sure if they can stun Zilyana, will find it out at the event).-The Dominion Markers are able to boost your combat stats, so the usual super set wont be necessary. (If you have higher level potions, it's better to use them instead of the marker). Friend Chat Comeback, you need to type in Hokuspokus (the FC's creator) to join. Inventory & Equipment The boss, as all good demons, is weak to fire spells. So the most effective way to purge a demon, is by burning it alive! :twisted: But melee is also good. Not sure about ranged, I think ranged is the last choice. But it's best to use the combat style you like most. :) Bring at least level 60 armour/weaponry equipment with you. This is a boss that occasionally hits hard (around 500-600 in Legacy mode/5-6k in EoC mode) and it's suggested to keep your health as close to maximum as you can. K'ril is also capable of draining your prayer points with the hard hitting special attack sometimes, so make sure to bring a few extra prayer- or super restoration potions with you. Come join the crusade against the evil demons that lurk inside the deep-cold dungeon of Zamorak. This boss is known to be a profitable method and it offers a decent challenge to keep the fights interesting. Which is why it's good to remember not to bring any items that you're not willing to risk. You should still be able to re-obtain all your lost items from Death if you die though. Finally, make sure you're not scared of the small imps; You need to be brave enough, show no fear! Hi, I am wartec. I am here to introduce myself and respond only to questions on based on this same topic and the tags I manually added. We all should already know the rules. I say this only to give a suggested added criteria for the questions that might me asked as follows: There is no such thing as a stupid question. Yet there is such a thing as an offensive question I will ignore any and all questions I deem offensive by simply not answering them. Slowly, one violent coughing fit or ragged breath at a time, the sea water begins to vacate your lungs and the memories begin to return to you. Yes, there must've been a battle. The blood stains on your sopping wet clothing can attest to that. Through one way or another, you've made it from the battered remains of the sinking ship to land and now it's time for rest. Your mind begins to wander in sleep... Captain Frega's ship was the most feared vessel known in the Inner Sea region. Its complement consisted of 250 experienced and fearsome pirates, as well as nearly fifty siege weapons, including twenty "dragon cannon" smuggled from distant lands. Captain Frega had terrorized the region for nearly three hundred years and was featured in local legend; his frequent raids on towns even up to ten miles inland made sure that those legends would never die. Nor did he die; one of the secrets that he trusted only to his crew was that he was actually a lich, something that granted him eternal life and allowed him to safely navigate the eye of Abendego, a massive permanent hurricane that only the greatest of sailors have ever survived. He had attracted the attention of powerful adventurers and archmages that sought to end his terror through epic campaigns, but he always returned, with a new ship and a new crew. Although dissuaded by the high mortality rate and the fact that the employer was an undead monstrosity, for one reason or another, you were accepted and joined his crew (already an achievement) and served under him in some capacity, although given the crew's massive size and experience, it was unlikely that you made it far up the ladder. The ship's success once again attracted the attention of lawful authorities and an entire fleet was dispatched to deal with the problem. The ship hid in the region's natural coves and ports, but with the help of other pirate captains that sought amnesty from the authorities or were jealous of Captain Frega's success, the fleet found and chased the ship into the open ocean, where in a fierce naval battle, Captain Frega's ship was destroyed. Not once did the fleet attempt to grapple or board the ship, so fearful they were of fighting the legendary pirates in hand to hand combat. The fleet scoured the waters for survivors and killed them before returning home. Except, you did not suffer death, but something much worse for a pirate. Poverty. The fine clothes and fine wine and fine women (or men) seem like a distant memory now. Instead, the only thing that you wear are bloody rags, the only thing you've had too much to drink of is sea water, and the only thing getting in your pants is sand. Out further along the beach, someone is waving to you. Could it be...another survivor? You stumble your way towards them. ----- Hopefully that provided enough background information for the most part. This campaign is set in the inner sea region and part of the Arcadian sea. Further details can be found on the Pathfinder wiki or by asking me. The general cultures are the same as in the Golarion setting, but the actual area that this takes place is my own creation. Creation Rules: Level 6 1st party Pathfinder SRD sources + Dreamscarred Press Psionics allowed (case by case for other things) 1 bonus skill point per level to be put into either swim or survival skill 25 point buy 2 hero points It would also be cool to add backstory, to help me and others to get to know your character better. Some possible questions that you might answer: Where did you come from and how did you end up with Captain Frega? What position on the ship did you hold/what was your role? How did you manage to survive and get to land? And any other information that you'd like to add, but I'm sure that we will get to experience your character's personality first hand once we start. The only thing is that you are PIRATES. Given that, it is probably not wise to attempt and play a paladin, as you will probably lose your powers pretty soon from looting and pillaging (or letting others pillage while you stand by and do nothing to stop them). Also, if you would like to play an unusual or hated race, that is fine by me. It may poison your interactions, but you are already murderers and that will probably lead to some prejudice already. In a society where strength is the only thing that counts, maybe it wouldn't be as much of an issue to be an orc. Also, the captain was an undead monstrosity, so you're probably in the clear there.
