tintin113
Haha! kool, if you want another famous person on runescape: I bet you never knew: If you go the alter, church, thingy in varrok, one of the men sitting there is called Jeremey Clerkskin, anyone recognise who that is aimed at? :P Thanks to Quarra for the awesome sig!Xbox360 Gamertag = Tintin113
Mollerz
There are actually hundreds of people who work for Jagex? You only see small amounts of them because they are the specific Forum/Ingame Moderators. :ohnoes: They might be sneaking up on you right now :ohnoes: The Forum moderators are only staff to Jagex in the same way I'm a member of staff to Tip.It. I'm not employed by Tip.It, and they're not employed by Jagex. Both are purely voluntary roles... I do not mean player moderators (Silver crown) or Forum Moderators (Green forum posts), but I am referring to those that hang around ingame and on the forum with Gold Crowns and Gold Forum posts. For instance, how often do you see Mod Ash ingame? And how often do you see Mod Alex/Noldor on the forums? They are specialist ingame/forum moderators that work at Jagex. :D kk, ty bonga, I will keep that in mind in future. Also, thanks for all those notes pure! =) Keep it up! Stop spamming this thread! I don't care you're the author and you think this is now "your thread and you can do what you want on it", spam is not and doesn't have to be tolerated. Remember it. I bet you didn't know that the name of the sherpa that shows you the secret route to the death plateau has the same name as the sherpa who led Edmund Hillary on the first succesfull expedition to the top of the Mount Everest. Richpoepaap, he was replying to something by Um_Bong0 which he now understands not to do, he was not saying 'Wow I never knew that'. I have talked to him IN REAL LIFE (Yes I know him) and he doesn't mean to create problems on these forums, so he won't spam this thread too much anymore. I mean, please think logically here, he was going a little overboard on the posts. But look, on blogscape they post every half a page or so: 'Thanks for all the comments' or 'I didn't know I was this loved' or 'Look I got another level'. They don't get flamed to death. So, Tintin saying 'Wow I never knew those, but I thought of another...' is the same as people on blogscape going 'Thanks, Oh yeah I got another level' every other post. He said he will keep the amount of spam down. Therefore, you sir, can shut up and get off my friends thread. ~Calcium P.S. Tintin, if you think of a new one, just edit it into your first post, and remember, don't double, triple, quadruple or quintuple post. Use that little thing up there in the top right corner of the box called 'Edit' Click my signature for my blog!

harryp0tt3rules
did you know that... Jagex is always working on at least one new skill? And where did you get that information? I highly doubt that each year Jagex employees sit around a table and Andrew says something like 'Ok guys, this year we will release 10 graphics updates, 4 new minigames and a new skill' or something similiar. I personally also doubt we're going to see any new skills over the next year and a half and I doubt Jagex is working on one right now.] Jagex said it on the 1st poll thank you message. And contrary to what you think, I think that Jagex would be very organized and decide when to release things, they take so long to produce, so you have to keep to a plan. Bard_Bow_Man
Did you know that back in the day swarms (the random event) used to be attackable but never killable (unlike that plant thing, I've seen people kill that)? Did you know that a long time ago (before my time) there was a multi-person random event called "the vine"? Vines would cover an area of land for a while and anyone in that area would be fine, unless they tried to run away, in which case the vines would kill them. This random was removed because of people panicking and getting killed. Did you know that Jagex said they were going to make a new agility/ combat thing in the wilderness called "wilderness tag" but never got around to doing it (yet)? We tried using an abyssal whip to 'suggest' they work faster
Ghost-Knigth
Did You Know... ...that you can replace lost abyss pouches via the fairy ring abyss area - no skulling, no multi-combat, no PK risk, and Abyss demons here are not hostile to low levels Did You Know... ...that if you lose your Treasure Trails watch or sextant, you can make your own replacements? Provided you have a high enough crafting level, you can make a replacement sextant and watch at a level 4 Crafting Table in any Player Owned House. Refer to our Crafting Guide for more details Just the two I could use my time finding :P 99 ranged | 99 magic | 99 defence | 99 hitpointsRemember, it's just a gameFeel free to add me on RS. :) Always ready for a chat. Goldenjkered
I bet you never knew: Maple logs are tradable and burnable in f2p. You can duplicate a easter ring by dropping it on the ground and going to diango and getting another one. Cheeky one: I bet you never knew tip it is going downhill due to many pointless and spammy topics and people posting things that have no discussion value  Good job this topic is pretty good. Lenticular_J
Look, Tintin, I'm hoping you are just not a regular on the forums, and not lacking something. Common sense would say that it's kind of pointless to post saying that you didn't know something, or thanking someone for posting. Seriously, please consider it resaonably, as sad as it is to hear; no one cares if someone else knew one of these secrets. Imagine if everyone just posted saying 'Oh, I didn't know that!' - this thread would become 80% spam, and 20% interesting secrets. Just because it's your own thread it doesn't mean you should make every third post one of your own replies. It's not interesting for other people to read. I don't mean to be mean to you personally, but you should take a hint when a mod actually has to come and clean your own replies from your thread. It doesn't mean you have to become boring, just have some common sense and consideration for other people who read the thread. Actually, common sense would dictate it polite to thank others for caring/ contributing. Here's mine: Did you know that there used to be a pink party hat? Jagex finally declared it purple (or maybe red :-k ) to stop confusion. catch it now so you can like it before it went so mainstream
mario_sunny
I know this is rather off-topic, but as it is my thread, and going off-topic seems to be the trend at the moment; is it just me, or does someone always manage to find something wrong with every thread ever made? Who said that every thread is perfect? They aren't. Stop making excuses, and stop spamming on your thread, you don't need to reply to every single poster in many different posts. We don't tolerate that here at tip.it, it is considered spam. If you do want to reply to every single poster, why not just make one huge post and quote everyone? You could get away with it on the runescape forums, but tip.it is entirely different. Listen to kill_life, listen to the mods, and don't dis-obey the rules. By popular demand, this signature is back- however I currently do not have a blog up at the moment and if I did I wouldn't update it. Sorry, the sig links to nowhere :( . He was asking a simple question, which I replied to ages ago, incase you hadn't noticed. That's another thing, Mario. Just like the hidden updates, you get told read the pages? Oh yes, I replied, oh look you didn't read. And I posted another one after that, please, take 1 minute to read it, or is it impossible to read? Check back over previous posts, make an attempt at understanding what I have. Actually, because you didn't read, and this is a repost of what 5 other people have posted, and explanations have been posted, this post is actually, spam. So, you sir, can stop spamming this thread with comments already posted AND resolved. Oh my God there's so much fighting on this thread! The best thing to do know is to lock it. deathwalker
Did you know... Robin Hood Hat is worth 180gp in General Store, One of the rarest Lvl 3 clue reward items is nearly worthless Ranger Boots is worth 80gp in General Store, One of the rarest Lvl 2 clue reward items is nearly worthless also? its like saying i could buy a partyhat set for 12gp....... whats your point? tintin113
The point is, that unlike blue party hats, which were originally given away for free, rangers boots and robin hats have to be worked for, and you have to kill lots of high level creatures to be allowed to be able to start working hard to get them.
