when should a 2277 minded player get 126 combat ?

what should thier level, quest, money status be.

you can argue that at max combat you can focus more on total level quest are way faster at level 126 and money is easyer to make as you rarely get pked rcing ect..

He's asking if one is determined to get a 2277 total level, when should one get 126 combat?

She*

Also, since you probably don't have tons and tons of money, I would recommend reading this editorial on Runehead by wakka102. It is a little old(written in April) but it still remains true IMO.

I shall take my flock underneath my own wing, and kick them right the [bleep] out of the tree. If they were meant to fly, they won't break their necks on the concrete.
So, what is 1.111... equal to?

10/9.

Get 126 when you feel like training slayer. 126 Combat was the first 99's I got. imo made things a lot more easier since combat is a nice way to make money. i know luck is involved but its more fun than runecrafting. i made all my money from combat which helped to buy other levels and i hate runecrafting

Yep, wakka's article is pretty detailed, though some things I would say is getting agility to at least 70-80 first before anything. To 70 is very easy, and short, to 80 it shows you a glimpse of what 50-60 slayer will be like. Also, stats should be above 80, and lowest stats should only be 70. Only exception I can see is farming, since it does take time, and if you can't check your trees, and plant everyday.

They should also have slayer at least at 80 by 100 combat I think, if not they have a long road ahead of them.

Skills like agility, rcing, slayer, fishing, and possibly thieving should be quite high, 80-90, before getting attempting 126/2277.

Training combat, means training slayer, if you don't you basically repeat getting a 4-5 99s. So, your agility, rcing, slayer, and fishing all give to you getting money, speed, and possibly back-up for food at times, all which help you increase the time if only by a month or so for 126.

training melees to much to 99 without slayer would be stupid lol

ty for info =)

wakkas order of 99s is ok but runescape would be pretty odd if everyone followed that exactly =)

I know, but its a good plan to follow if you start with little cash.
