D. V. Devnull
Post a full listing of add-ons and other stuff you've loaded into this thread, and what OS and system specs. There's not much anyone can do until then. ~Mr. Devnull and normally with a cool mind.(Warning: This user can be VERY confusing to some people... kam42705
Maybe the cause might be insufficient RAM or a corrupt Windows registry? Try clearing cookies, run disk cleanup, and try disk defragmenter, that's your best hope... Well your only hope if you don't give any details.. i mean wth no1 cares about that weak noob that was scared of the great almighty lord ZAROS! Blipo
Rightclick on the top bar where your URL bar should be, and select Navigation Toolar and Bookmarks Toolbar. I'm not sure about the bottom, but you should be able to fiddle to get it back. Alternatively, as a last-chance fix, reinstall FireFox completely, making sure to delete all your preferences beforehand.

Well to me in would just be easier to un-install firefox and re-install it. Make sure your bookmarks are backed up. (bookmarks > organize bookmarks > file > export) (do the same but click import when re-installing them)

D. V. Devnull
No, he means organize bookmarks. [hide] [/hide] [begin swear]Damn.[End swear] They changed it in FF2 and later then! (I'll bet the term change was due to MicroSoft getting their grimy mitts into the FireFox stuff! :x ...) ~Mr. Devnull and normally with a cool mind.(Warning: This user can be VERY confusing to some people... There was no reason to even bring that up. You pretty much don't have a valid argument against them, in any thread. I guess your just hoping on the bandwagon of thinking that hating Microsoft is "cool."

There was no reason to even bring that up. You pretty much don't have a valid argument against them, in any thread. I guess your just hoping on the bandwagon of thinking that hating Microsoft is "cool." Actually, I do have a valid argument here, blade995. And no, there is no "Hate MicroSoft bandwagon", or even if there is, I've never heard of it, and personally would hate to hop into it, seeing as a lot of my favorite games need MicroSoft Windows. -.- Now, getting back to the point, there is a reason I can bash Microsoft on this one, which you apparently don't know. So, I'm going to tell you. In the tech news (PC World, PC Mag, and a few others) in the last few months as well as on Mozilla's own sites, it was made clear that Microsoft was taking an active hand in making sure that Mozilla's FireFox could even run on XP SP2 and Vista, instead of colliding with XP SP2's security measures or Vista's UAC in some awful and unexpected way. Sadly, it would seem that they've been up to a bit more, seeing as a few of the IE terminology things managed to creep across too. Just look at IE's "Favorites" menu and the "Organize Favorites" option there. Looks similar, huh??? This also makes me wonder, sadly, that MicroSoft may slowly be creeping their hands into a position to crush FireFox totally, which would utterly upset me to no end. But hey, MicroSoft wants to get rid of all competition and be the only OS and browser maker out there, as everyone already knows. And what, you possibly want them to win, blade995? You want to find some day that for not having sense of mind to not let MicroSoft rope you in, that all you have to use is them? Pardon me, but I'm going to take a break from a MicroSoft 'shill' like you. <*Walks off*> ~Mr. Devnull and normally with a cool mind.(Warning: This user can be VERY confusing to some people... Errdoth
I'm sorry DV, but that was the lamest argument I've heard in a long while XP It's like saying we should be wary of Linux because it uses "Folders" which are also found in MS Windows... I'm seriously LMAO'ing right now. Thanks fro the laugh  Last.fm Signature Overlays
