When i say afk, i mean multitasking. It is impossible to actually AFK because it only lasts 10-20 minutes, plus its against the rules! Don't ever use any autoer programs, don't put something on your keyboard so you don't get logged out, it is ILLEGAL! What i am talking about is not paying attention at all times! I mean doing your work while traning. I don't want anyone getting banned for this.

This guide contains a few of the best places to train in the realm of Gilenor. These places have somewhat high requirements. The higher your levels the more efficient and faster this is going to be. I will add one section helpful for low levels. This mostly consists of monsters that can be ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬ÅafkedÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâÃ

Just so you know, Rock crabs should be added, they have a great training ratio 50hp, lvl 13. I gained 10k exp from them easy.

Also, add the option of PC, the points for exp and the game itself are excellent training.

Yes, i am adding other things also. My table of contents is not complete. I am still working on researching many of the monsters. I am using monsters that i have trained a lot on. or recently, just to make sure my informtion is correct.

Put paragrpahs!!! It hurts my eyes reading a 30 sentence block of words! Looking good, but really you should add more monsters to train on. Rock crabs, expierements, ankous, etc...

he has rock crabs, did you give up after the first paragraph? :o

Best do it in Word and then rpeview it. Then add spaces and stuff to make it correct.

BTW, AFK training IS illegal, so you should take it outta ur guide. Also, for spiders and flesh crawlers, and all that stuff that attack you, iyts best ware DEFENSIVE armour. You could also posta a bit about Dhoroking,.

When i say AFK i don't mean littarally walking away from your keyboard, i mean more of a multitasking.

Please don't skim the guide and actually read the whole thing before you post.

I also CLEARLY stated, it is up to you to choose what type you want. I even said in a few instances i prefer defence over str/attk, and if you look at my stats you will see that.

And the thing is, i am not like other people just getting all information from other guides etc, i actually go do the research and only put up stuff that i have tried. I have tried many more monsters, will be adding them soon.

I would just like to say, Read before you post!

Information

Flesh crawlers are awesome monsters to train on, especially at lower levels. Actually, their hit points are high enough to be able to train at them even at high levels in F2P. It might be a bit of overkill with a whip. This depends on your strength level. If you have gotten past level 2 of the security of stronghold it should be pretty easy to get here. Enter down the hole in between the rocks, and there is a portal in the side. Use it. You should arrive at a yellow room. And if you go through the gates you should arrive at flesh crawlers. And, kill them and do your homework. These donÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t deal that much damage. Bank when needed, if youÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢re P2P, you can either use Excalibur for defense boost, or dragon battle-axe for strength boost. Potions are a waste here, donÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t use them. Another method that I tried, but concluded was way too time consuming is, fishing your food. Bring a tinderbox, hatchet, fly fishing rod, feathers. And go up to the fishing spot next to the bridge, and fish until you have a full inventory. Make a fire with your tinderbox, cook, kill flesh crawlers, get out fish.. etc. The reason I prefer not to use this is, its way too time consuming, if you can afford to food I suggest you buy tons of lobsters/monkfish or even salmon and kill these. Depending on your stats, you will get a good amount of exp/hr.

You don't need to bring the hatchet or the tinderbox, because there is a fire in the helmet shop that never goes out.

I aint here to just tell you that everything you made was just a waste of time, but this aint how I would make it, atleast I would make it readable and don't put Members items between the F2P part.

I would learn English, but thats just me.

And slayer is not included because there is already an amazing guide by bigmoneyyak here.
