Captainkidd
You should include the percentage of the drops, like 8% of the time you get nothing, 20% you get mind runes ect. this way you can provide the average money made per hour... Just somthing to think about. Also, I'm not sure if I said this you should re-do you pictures and save them in .png so they will look better.

Moonshadow
Umm, he has said why. Flesh crawlers are monsters that have quite low defence. You can hit right through them. You can go down there with adamant armour and adamant weapons and still not get beaten out of there. They don't hit hard or often. The max they really do is a 2. Spiders have a tiny bit better exp rate but they hit hard and burn right through your food. Flesh crawlers hit low, you barely have to eat anything and you get pretty good exp from them. An entire load of salmon and trout can last me a good few days. You have more time fighting them and less time eating and gathering food. Flesh crawlers also have decent drops. They drop uncut gems like they are going out of style and they drop tons and tons of body runes. Yes, I know, your probably keeling over laughing that I included body runes but, think of this. If you are killing flesh crawlers to get from 70-80 defence, you will gather quite a bit. Based on my projections of how many I got from going to 74-80 attack and 75-80 strength, I will probably get about 20k body runes. Body runes go for 10ea so, 20k*10 is 200k. Combine this 200k with the 15k body runes I got with strength and 15.5k body runes I got from attack, I will have gotten 500k in body runes. So, collecting those drops is worth it. Nje has almost 130k body runes. I think they are the best training because they hit almost nothing, have pretty decent drops over time. This was my inventory after killing them for 80 strength. The body runes were from flesh crawlers, same with a majority of the gems. The Death & chaos runes were from mazes along with the mithril ore, iron arrows, a portion of the steel arrows and coal. The rest of the steel arrows were from lazy players who didn't pick up their steel arrow drops. The bronze arrows were from lazy pures who didn't pick up their bronze arrows. Ignore the mind & cosmic runes, they were from something else. The feathers I picked up off the ground in the bank, ignore those too. So, I got quite a bit of loot from the mass amount of randoms they generate and, their body runes drops. You can just kind of idle train here and not worry about being 2 hp when you come back. Do those count as reasons why Flesh crawlers are so much better than almost any other F2P training?

King_Ankh
Great guide! I have to ask though, how do ice giants compare with flesh crawlers? Don't you end up missing out on prayer exp at flesh crawlers?
NJE03
Great guide! I have to ask though, how do ice giants compare with flesh crawlers? Don't you end up missing out on prayer exp at flesh crawlers?I personally never even considered that because when I did go there (mostly range) I do not even pick up bones anyways as I have no desire for my prayer level to rise, 60 is good enough for me. As far as experience goes well the main problem is ice giants are often crowded. Also they are NOT aggressive past a certain level (they are not aggressive on me at lvl 115 in fact). Flesh crawler will stay aggressive forever even at lvl 126! Another point is that food is easy to obtain when at flesh crawlers, you simply walk down to the river and fish. With ice giant I guess you could buy food in port sarim? Or walk all the way to karamja lobster spot. Either way it is kind of a hassle. Hope I helped. :) [spoiler=Stats:]Updated December 22, 2011: Total level - 1442 - 170M+ XP , Combat level - 115Combat skills: Attack - 90, Defence - 99 (24.45m+ XP), Strength - 90, Constitution - 99 (16.42M+ XP) Ranged - 99 (13.32M+ XP), Prayer - 60, Magic - 99 (13.25M+ XP)Non-Combat skills: Cooking - 99 (13.80M+ XP), Woodcutting - 99 (31.95M+ XP), Fishing - 90, Firemaking - 99 (24.82M+), Crafting - 90, Smithing - 90, Mining - 85, Runecrafting - 60, Dungeoneering -

ilovecuttingyews
Great guide, I have been doing these for a while and they are great. Few things though: Maybe add an option for swordies or lobsters for food. Rune Gauntlets Explorer Ring 3 With banking I take GP, Bodies, 10 strength potions (4), and the rest swordfish. Even though you can't stay as long as with the fishing method I have found that you can get much faster exp there. And with home tele -> run to lumby bank -> tele varok -> restock -> runback it takes under 3 minutes to bank.
LaserDude333
I don't even bother taking food there, the level 41's, 35's and 28's all have the same hp I think. I always go the the south east spot. Btw, I once made 80k in an hour there, body runes and random events  I ate 620+ brains!! Whoa. The Observer
You should replace the normal ring with an Explorer's ring and try to re-make some of the pictures into .PNG format so that they'll look better. Plus, you can also link to the Tip.it Items Database for each item that you recommend. Overall, great guide!
