Nanosauromo Posted December 3, 2007 Share Posted December 3, 2007 It's a miniseries on the SciFi channel, a modern reimagining of "The Wizard of Oz" without singing. Part 1 of 3 was tonight. It was not what I expected at all. The skeleton of the plot is the same, but the details are way different. Unfortunately, part 2 is on at the same time as Heroes tomorrow, so I'll have to wait until Tuesday to see it. Anyway, discuss this awesome show! indy500fan Posted December 3, 2007 Share Posted December 3, 2007 I thought it was pretty good. I love Zooey Deschanel, so that would be enough right there. The story line is interesting, there is a lot that is similar to Wizard of Oz, but nothing is exactly like it. Everything is a little different. Diesel Posted December 3, 2007 Share Posted December 3, 2007 I didn't watch it, but I got annoyed at how much they played the commercial for it while Ghost Busters was on. It drove me crazy!
