Georgelemmons
I think that Jagex mentioned something about giving the followers of Guthix new robes. Can anyone confirm that I did actually read this, or am I just making it up? Thanks to Uno for the awsome sig <

muggiwhplar
Some way north-west of Sophanem, there is a bit of a buzz in the quiet town of Taverley. For one, Guthix has seen fit to give his loyal subjects some crisp new robes, and their rocky buildings a bit of a wax.

Mak_1027
Are you sure that that doesn't just mean a makeover for Druids..? Well since you can get druid robes from killing them, it would make sense that if they get new robes, they would also drop the new robes ....but then not everything in RS makes sense. Lunar_Drifter
Already confirmed by JaGEx.. your combat will change. So max combat in F2P will still be 126. Lunar_Drifter
What are you talking about, wallettheif? 126 combat + 99 Summoning = 138 Combat. Members. 126 combat - 99 Summoning = 126 Combat. Members on a F2P world. When going to a F2P world, a 138 character will have his 99 Summoning negated for the duration he is on there, making him 126 Combat, the same as any other 126 combat F2Per. Any members with Summoning levels will act as if they don't have those Summoning levels in a F2P world, so that the F2Pers don't get the advantage over them in combat. Get it? Olbritishchap
when i read it I just thought that it meant the druids are getting a makeover. Also, what's up with the druids and starting skills? The only two skills that need quests to start are there.

Erichermit
My only problem with the Taverly update with Druids getting new robes is that, like Varrock Dark Wizards, they'll continue to drop the old unimpressive plain robes as before. You know, you'd think they would address that. But of course, then then you'd get complainers saying I liked them better before. Easier to not change them and hope people don't notice what they are missing. :-$

Easier to not change them and hope people don't notice what they are missing. :-$ Well, in the case of Dark Wizard Robes it does make sense, but if we want a White Robe look then one can just go get Desert Robes instead, seeing as how they look exactly the same as Druid Robes. That or they could make druids drop both the old robes and, as a rarer drop, the new cooler drop. On a related topic, Dark Wizards should have a rarer drop of their "cool" robe. The newer robes that are being stuck on NPC's look immensly better than what they were when they were first added, but we seem to be unfortunately stuck with only the old Robes (with an exception for Enchanted and Mystic, which are successfully complicated and good looking.)
